This place is really kicking with some of the best wings I have had in a long time!
My wings have been cooked just right (moist and juicy with a crisp exterior) and are the perfect size to mow-down on; as stated on their menu, "they are a medium size" but I found them to be meatier than most Jumbo versions I have had elsewhere! The wings are served without any added breading (which I prefer) and are offered in 27 flavors along with just plain and seasoned salted. They come in 6pc ($3.99) to 200pc ($95.99) sizes and "Boneless Wings" are the same price as the regular wings; what a true bargain!
Their Philly Cheese Steak mimics Philadelphia's version almost 100%; it was served up HOT and full of fresh grilled chopped steak that melted in my mouth; I added the works to my Philly (grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms with White American Cheese, and a bit of Mayo) but you can order without the pickings, plus, they do offer "Whiz" for those who want a true Philadelphia version (I'm not a fan of Whiz). My 7" Philly was only $4.99 and was plenty big enough to suffice; a 12" is offered for $6.49.
Fries I ordered where served Fresh and HOT too, and I really enjoyed the Cajun Fries which are no more than the regular fries with Cajun seasoning, but coated just right.
Other menu offerings include assorted appetizers, assorted Grilled Subs, Gyros (AWESOME GYROS!), and Burgers, as well as Grilled Fish Tacos, Chicken Tenders, Rib Tips, assorted Pasta Alfredo, Assorted Salads, and Seafood: assorted prepared Shrimp: Fried Oysters: Clam Strips: Flounder, Tilapia, Catfish (FANTASTIC CATFISH!), and Whiting platters in varying preparations and flavors. There are assorted beers on tap as well.
Facility is clean and decorated loudly in neon yellow and bright blue colors and is split into two sections (the side section is darker than the main ordering section) each containing enough TV's to satisfy a TV junkie; it's not fancy but who cares when the food is this good! Service was friendly and helpful.
Atlantas Best Wings food is cooked to order so there can be a bit of a wait time. Foods are served up Fresh and HOT, and is worth every bite! So far I have found no other place like Atlantas Best Wings in the surrounding Snellville area, and as such, I can see why this place stays busy; it is a true bargain and well worth many...
Read moreHave been coming here for years...years!!! Moved away in 2020, have Been back maybe 3 times. I've accepted the lack of menu items and the varying hours. But tonight. Tonight!!!! The level of absolutely abysmal customer service I received prompted me to write this review. We ordered almost 40.00 of food and I asked for a hamburger bun that I would pay for. They young lady. Obviously irritated. Directed my attention to a sign saying that they "don't make adjustments" I thought 🤔 I'm not asking for an "adjustment" I'm asking you to "sell" me a bun. If I'm out of line let me know. Mind you I'm spending money!!! I look at the sign which is dated 9/5/2022 Im like hey that's just last week c'mon. She's adamant. No. So I said the lady in the back has done it for me before in sure it's no problem....just charge me for it. Again, no. I said let the manager tell me no. She said we dont have a mgr😲 She said they were all equals. I was born at night but not last night. Who leaves their business without management. In the hands of teenagers!?! The young lady then volunteers to call her manager. When he answers she proceeds to say and I paraphrase "this man wants a bun and I told him we don't do that but maybe he'll believe it from you" Let me save your blood pressure. I made up my mind when she made the call they would not get one red cent from me but I decided to hear the manager out. I told him I would pay for it and he said. "we don't have a way to ring it up"😐 You're counting hamburger buns plus willing to risk losing a customer for 1% the cost of my meal!?! and your staff is woefully Inadequate in terms of customer service training. That will come in time.... maybe. But to tell a customer that I'd rather lose what has to be slim profit so you don't have to explain what happened to a hamburger bun that you were going to "make money on" is why I hope this business sees another management change sooner rather than later. I would like. An apology for the way we were treated. That's cheaper than a...
Read moreManagement is clearly unaware that they are part of Doordash that has to be individually signed up from by each location regardless if it's franchised and this is per Doordash someone would have had to give them there business information such as tax ID in order to participate! I ordered food from her last night and the uneducated (not trained properly by management) staff had no clue what Doordash was in fact the young girl told me they don't use DD and there was no order for me pending... I even called and second time to be sure and for some reason the same young lady happen to see this order but states they don't deliver as I told the young lady it was through DD. Great no food so I thought! I ordered some where else got my food and guess what shows up the order from Atlanta Best Wings being delivered by DD! I left a message do you think management called me back nope! I called them and judging off the conversation I had with a manager or as she said so they say I'm a manager.... What?!?! She clearly said we hire young girls to work front and they don't know! Well I'm sorry but isn't part of staffing mean you need to train your staff on your business well clearly NO ONE IN THIS LOCATION HAS RECEIVED ANY PROPER TRAINING! THIS is sad and poor business if you know a service is coming in and out your location picking up food you should have your staff trained to know! I have never had to deal with such a mess of a place through DD! ADVICE to the owner train your management team so they can train your staff properly because this is bad...
