Five Guys — Restaurant in Snellville

Wow, I've never seen a restaurant as dirty as the Five Guys In Snellville today. There were customers at two tables and eight tables were empty. There were no other customers in the place and yet every table was disgusting! There were crumbs and old condiments and drink rings on the tables that were empty. I went to get peanuts and there was a wadded up paper towel inside the box with the peanuts. No telling where that came from.I asked for some paper napkins so I could wipe my own table down. The guy in the black shirt, I presume the manager, told me know that he would send someone out to clean the tables. A minute or two later a guy came out and started sweeping the floors. He didn't immediately start wiping the tables down. When he did, he grabbed a couple paper napkins that have been left over by a customer and started wiping some of the tables down with those paper towels. Who knows if those are clean or not? I do love a five guys hamburger, but not sure I'll ever eat at this...

Need more adults 30+ running the place and less kids Over all decent but kid running the cash register couldn't figure out how to allow us to pay with the gift card we had Just wow You charge us enough money as the customer for the food so do your self the favor and Pay for decent and smarter employees (not a middle school or high school kid with half a brain who only care about tiktok and the latest trends) so we the high paying customer can have great service not bare minimum service that barely get our food out to us This will eventually cost you the establishment if not checked...

If you have no staff that can actually make a lettuce wrap burger, and you DONT CARE TO TRAIN PEOPLE HOW TO MAKE THE FOOD ON YOUR MENU.......just say that... You've CLEARLY shown it. Soggy Lettuce with no effort to actually make the thing actually resemble a lettuce wrap, they just throw it all in foil and call it good. Waited 6 months after my first issue in hopes that someone would train someone at this Door Dash-able location (since we can't pick a different location) and yet again, I can't eat my burger without a fork and a plate. Come on, put in some effort for the paycheck...
