This place needs to learn about customer service, i was in here last week and the guy made a mistake and charged another customer with my moms order, mind you it was just chips that he charged the customer for her, instead of apologizing he gets upset. Starts huffing and puffing at the lady and goes in the tip jar and refunds her 1.58 very rudely. I had to tell the worker to calm down its not a big deal.
Cool we move on, well guess what today i go in ordered a philly cheese steak, everything was fine until we get to adding salt & pepper and the pepper container was not closed properly therefore a ton of pepper spilled on to the sandwich. The worker making it which im sure is the owner try's to dust off the pepper and continue, i said to him “i can’t eat that and please remake” he says its fine and continues to argue that it is good. Read moreThe last message from Subway clearly states "2 or more footlongs are 5.99". I had the unfortunate event of having an employee tell me 2+ meant 2+1 so I had to buy a minimum of 3. I tried to explain to her that's not what the text message said and attempted to show it to her. In doing so, I accidentally leaned up against the counter and it started to close, unbenounced to me. She got loud and said she knows what the coupon says and I need to buy 3. Once a younger make employee saw the text, he was nice enough to take our order. As he is ringing us up, the lady then yells " she needs to redeem that coupon now!" I proceeded to press redeem and show the younger sales associate, he gave me a thumbs up and continued our sale. Then another lady comes over saying she needs to redeem that coupon. They were telling at me and causing a scene with a line forming, all over them being wrong about the coupon their company sent out. This was absolutely ridiculous. I will never spend another dime...

I want to let everyone know that the manager/owner/employee that works there treated me really bad after asking for a cup of water. I did not get his name but his general description is a tall, slender man with a red dot on the center of his forehead.
I did not know that asking for a cup of water would summon the wrath of Khan!! I was lectured on how people abuse the water cups and he said that I could not refill my cup of water. We are talking about water here. I believe that the suggestion of selling me a cup would have saved me all this. I know next time to not patron this location and I would like to let people know about this individual. Not sure if he has a supervisor or if anyone is over him but he should be re-trained on how to speak to paying customers, let me correct that ex-customer.
