We are so blessed to find A&J Jewelers bc not only when my son went to get a special cross for his wife even though they did not have the kind she wanted they made one on what my son was looking for and it was perfect. Unfortunately I don’t know who they dealt with but I do know who my husband and I dealt with on our issues for repair. - Daniel Morris. Not only was he pleasant, he was excited about everything he could help us with making us clearly feel like he valued us as customers. My husband had to quit wearing his favorite cross and switched to his St Christopher medal bc he needed a bail to continue wearing his cross. Not only did he get the perfect one on his cross but Daniel also cleaned his old St Christopher medal for free. My experience was even better. My mother died at 92 years of age and when she died I got the cherub medallion she was gives when she went thru confirmation at 11 years old., she died in 2011 and I had worn the necklace bc it had my initials on the back bc they were the same as hers and that’s why it was passed on to me instead of my siblings. The “O ring” broke and I could not find a jeweler willing to soldered the O ring on it bc they were afraid they would mess up the cloisonne’ cherub design on the front. Took me an entire year to find A&J and they told me they could take care of it with no problem. I got the necklace back today and they did a beautiful job. My 96 year old necklace of my mom is back on my neck. I feel so at peace now feeling like I have my “Mominka” with me again every day. Trust me and contact them for anything you need or want and hopefully you will be lucky enough to gat Daniel as your agent!! He is awesome!!

My future fiance and I had a wonderful experience yesterday. May 9th was the busiest day for AJ Jewelers due to the fact that it was the first day opening since being closed from Covid-19.

For starters we knew we wanted to go ring shopping yesterday but we weren't sure what precautions jewelers were taking. This was the first store that I called and I spoke to a nice lady named Amanda. She explained that the store was requiring guests to wear mask and head straight to the restaurant to sanitize. To protect themselves They also want masks and kept their hands clean with sanitizer.

Other than the grocery store and gas station I haven't been out much so I definitely wanted to be careful. This gave me great comfort and ease. Also they were only letting a few customers in the store at one time.

When we got there, it was a bit of a wait but I was fine with that because I exclusively wanted to work with Amanda and I'm glad I did wait. She was very pleasant and knew a lot about the diamonds. Not once did she make us feel rushed even though they were closing shortly after we arrived. It makes a huge difference when you get that personal touch. We initially had plans to visit another jeweler but because we liked her so much as well as the engagement ring selections, we decided we are going to go with AJ. To top it off before I even made it to my car, she had already sent a snapshot of the ring that we were interested in along with a nice note 🤗
