Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Snohomish

Usually I like them but the person who prepped our food Averee told us that it would be 29 mins for delivery so I figured I'd pick it up. It took 36 mins. Then when I checked the status of it ended up being 20 mins before they even started baking it. By the time I got there they were "on time" but late for the 2 min car side, no biggie. I leave get home and am in total disappointment in what I see. The pasta is dry, the onions are burnt, wheres the cheese,, and there's nothing even in the dish. Last time we only ordered one and were able to share it between 2 adults and one kid. Ok so I apologize for not adding the tip in on the order and forgetting when I got there, I would be glad to do so but so far it isn't worth it. I do get a coupon for a free pizza on my next order, which is cool, but I just was trying to have a nice Friday night with my family and we Haven't had pizza in a while. Just would think that if this was set to go out, would you accept it?? By the way, it took near 55 mins total from submitting order to picking it up. Feeling really frustrated as of late with dominos. The last time we ordered it took them TWO hours to deliver and when we called to have them check - no one knew what was wrong and gave us attitude. Obviously after two hours of waiting for pizza everything was cold. Ordered again tonight and said it would be (approx) 30 minutes. It has now been 1.5 hours and I called to ask what the status was and was met AGAIN with attitude from the girl on the phone. She said, "whenever he gets back your pizza will get delivered." There was no offer to comp a pizza, not even an apology or anything. The pizza is good but not good enough to deal with hours of waiting and terrible customer service. Looks like the driver stopped suddenly and the pizza slid into itself. Oh THIS IS THE REPLACEMENT ONE FOR THE FIRST ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE THIS!!! When I told the manager he asked if I wanted another replacement after this. When I told him no that I wanted my money back vs the replacement he seemed annoyed. Said that they try and make their customers happy. But clearly they need to figure out how to get the pizza from point A to point B without damaging the pizza. When I told him that this was my last time ordering with Domino’s as a company he just said “yep great. Money will be refunded soon” and hung up.
