It's a bar so it's got that dim lit bar feel. The server was a young guy who is good at the art of ignoring. My husband and I got the bbq mac pie; let's start with the crust, though glaky it was bland. No flavor, the Mac had not enough of that beer cheese you say it's mixed with, so the pasta becomes a bit dry, the burnt ends would be good if I had some, my husband and I picked apart my plate and had no meat, lastly the bbq sauce was absorbed into the top of the pie crust and made it a bit mushy. That beet salad though was a 10/10 for dessert we had the coconut cream pie with ice cream and the banana bourbon cream pie. The crust in both cream pies were the flaky flavorless crust we had on the savory pie. The banana cream was good the whipped cream had no flavor and was topped with a lot, imagine cocoa dusted on tiramisu, but cinnamon on flavorless whipped cream. The coconut cream pie boast that it is topped with toasted coconut, so when my server dropped it off and said unfortunately we don't have the toasted coconut I'll give you a discount, I was disappointed to say the least. I did wait for the server to return because had he waoted he would have known that I would rather try the cherry pie than to eat a coconut cream pie without, what I consider, the best part. Needless to say the $3.50 discount I received wasn't enough. My husband said, I guess you'll have to try the cherry pie next time, but we both know there probably won't be a next time. BBQ MAC PIE 4/10 BANANA CREAM 3/10 COCONUT CREAM 2/10 MARCH 7TH 2025 Came back this evening in anticipation of having our meals replaced for our re-do per the owner, but unfortunately we only were able to get enough of a re-do gift card for $25 of the $60 we had originally spent. Our revostarts woth the empty beer cannot on our table and the server says oh sorry didn't see it there. We were then given our depressing gift card that didn't re do much for us. My husband's Apple crumble pie had good guts and the crumble seemed to suffice, again the pie crust is just so bland. I had the cherry pie, much like my husband's pie, the guts were ok, but that crust is just not worth it. The bland pie crust must be a thing, but we are not fans. Hit up the Oxford Saloon just up the road and enjoy a...
Read moreThe Pie Dive Bar in Snohomish is so dang tasty and with a full bar to boot. Located on the famous 1st street right by the Snohomish River, we were amazed at how phenomenal the pie slices actually were. I had the steak pie with tender chunks of beefsteak with a beautiful gravy. Two of my family had the Thanksgiving pie which was filled with real turkey and fixins with real cranberry sauce on the side for dipping or smearing on, and the other two of my family had the pie laden with burnt ends and macncheese. Everyone said there food was delicious! Each pie slice also came with an arugula salad topped with a bounty of feta cheese and pickled red strips we guessed were beets (beautifully pickled enough you couldn't taste raw beets, just sweet and sour). I'm not usually a salad fan, but I gobbled mine up quickly as the taste was addictive. The bar also has a full array of alcohol cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcohol beers, and mocktails as well as regular sodas and lemonade. Any age can come in and eat, but alcohol, of course, is 21 and over and they are meticulous about checking I.Ds. There is limited seating, especially at the bar. The bathrooms are kept very clean and I was surprised they had 2 in such a small place! This place would be great to take a date. Eat between 3PM and 5 PM on weekdays to get $3.14 off each slice which is a great deal! We also ordered for dessert a slice of fresh apple crisp for my wife's birthday and they overheard us talking so the server put a candle on the slice, which was unexpected but very appreciated. Parking on 1st Street is very difficult but can be done; just expect to circle back a couple of times or park farther away for a walk. So come to 1st Street for all the quaint boutiques and antique shops and finish up your day at the Pie Dive Bar. I highly...
