"I had an incredibly disappointing experience this morning when I visited your establishment for a double chi latte, which cost me $7. Unfortunately, I was denied access to the bathroom by a barista, a short-haired lady who did not have a name badge. I asked politely, but she showed no intention of being helpful or providing service. This exchange felt biased, and as a Latina, I couldn't help but wonder if I was being racially profiled. It's disheartening to experience such treatment, especially in a supposedly safe neighborhood. Even after making a purchase, I was not allowed to use the restroom, which is deeply concerning.

I strongly urge your management to retrain this barista and address the issue at hand. As someone who travels extensively, I was genuinely taken aback by the attitude displayed by this individual. Moreover, I will be advising my friends, who are staying at nearby hotels for the entire month, to refrain from spending their money at your establishment. This was an absolutely horrible experience!

I rarely do reviews but the service was 10/10 here! My coworkers and I were staying at a neighboring hotel for our quarterly meeting and stopped in for breakfast and a coffee. Half of our team changed their minds at least once about what items we were getting. The staff was genuinely gracious. They were amazing about making recommendations. When I placed my order for a vanilla latte and my coworker challenged if I wanted a pumpkin spice latte instead the staff swayed my decision by saying a vanilla latte would be there year round.
