Our family visited Seven Seas Roasting on October 25, 2025, and we were blown away by the experience. My husband and I are both serious coffee lovers, and the drinks we ordered were some of the best we have ever had. The coffee was creamy, smooth, and incredibly delicious. You can truly taste the quality and craftsmanship in every sip.
Our daughter, who has a dairy allergy, tried their vegan ice cream, and it was the best vegan ice cream we have ever tasted. At first, we thought she might have had a reaction to it, but it turned out to be something else she ate that day. The CEO, Eric, reached out personally, provided the full ingredient list, and checked in multiple times to make sure she was doing well. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were above and beyond anything we expected.

Since coming back from Europe I have been on the lookout for coffee spots in San Diego and have had no luck before finding this place. I believe this is the best coffee in San Diego. When checking out a new coffee spot I always order an iced latte because it's a staple. If a shop can't make a good iced coffee, objectively it's not a great spot because the espresso is the backbone of the drink. The iced coffee was amazing. I was very disappointed to find out that they could not even do a pour over and surely not a French press. The Ethiopian that they had on tap as a drip, was very mild, and barely distinguishable as an Ethiopian, which usually has a very strong characteristic bouquet.
