Everything we've had here has been very delicious! We've gotten a salad, quiche, and a muffin. The cinnamon buns is super decadent. We also bought a sweet potato pancake mix to take home. My husband loved it because it had great flavor. My toddler loved it because it was purple and sweet. We also got their take-and-bake cookies. So worth it! It’s a bit of a track for us from the east county but we are so glad we got to The Coop! We have long enjoyed their gluten-free baked goods, so we were really excited when they opened a storefront. Olivia is a tremendous host and is very knowledgeable on all things Coop. I love the variety of baked goods that are gluten free and taste ridiculously delicious. It’s nice having a solid gluten free bakeshop in north county and Solana Beach. Please try the beef pot pie and mixed berry pie. Pop in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee as well!
