I had a fabtastic time at The Rusty Bucket in Solon. I ordered the House Salad, the Bucket Bites, and sticky rice. The House Salad was delightful. The ranch dressing was the perfect amount of thickness for drizzling, however the croutons needed to be tastier. The lettuce had a perfect crunch, but the mushrooms were not very tasty. The Bucket Bites were yum triple yum yum yum. I mean yum! However, the buns were a bit soggy. Also, the pickles were in a strange place. They came on top of the buns which made me very nervous. The sticky rice was the stickiest sticky rice I have ever had. I was surprised when I took the first bite and it didn't fall apart. Also, our server, Jason, was quite the character. He was friendly and cheerful. We got our food within ten minutes which was a niceness point for The Bucket. And he even let us pick where we wanted to sit! At the end of our meal, he even recommended the peach-mango sucker in the mini bucket at the front of the restaurant. One more important thing that I cannot forget is the bathroom! Both of the restrooms had TWO signs telling boys or girls which was a nervousness point for The Bucket. But the inside of the lady's restroom was surprisingly rustic. It had a very nice design, but I would like to point out that only one of the mirrors did not have a picture on it. This was upsetting for people like me who love looking at themselves 24/7. Also, the tattoos and minty toothpicks were a great addition to the lovely time we spent at The Bucket, but dinner mints were not included. All in all, the Rusty Bucket in Solon is a great place to stuff a rabbit in a jar of...

Look, I have been coming here for years and the food has always been great. The service USED to be great, when they had younger, grateful adults working, but that day is no longer. This is the third time I've come about an hour before close, with no one here, and the server has been about as attentive as a dad at a Justin Bieber concert. Our server, Kelly or something along those lines, took several minutes to bring 2 WATERS while she held them and spoke to the bartender for some time. She brought the fried pickles and never asked how they were. My girlfriend finished her first water halfway through the appetizer and the server said she would bring a refill after dropping off the entrees. However, her closing outs took priority and after 2 minutes I walked up to the bar to ask her again and she replied that she was "on her way" when she was clearly stocking glasses. I serve and host so I know how restaurants work and I know the steps of service and they were not executed close to properly. My girlfriends burger had some items on it that she ordered omitted, but alas. Also, the chef came out of the kitchen to ask a table when the other half of their party would arrive which is a HUGE nono in the restaurant industry and is just straight unprofessional.

Like I said, the food is always great. But the baby boomer servers and bar tenders they brought in remind me of the entitlement, inattentiveness, and ungrateful attitude that the same generation accuses millenials of. But I will take a man or woman in her 20s who wants to earn their money over an older server who feels they deserve 20% while being slow, inefficient,...

We’ve eaten here a couple times. Service is always awesome. The food quality has taken a dive. It isn’t bad per se, just TGIF friday’s Quality (so maybe bad).

Last trip we had the pizza- nothing special. Thin layer of flavorless sauce, cheese, few pepperoni. Had been sitting awhile. Was cold.

Burger was ok. Bun was run of the mill. It was cold. For a “double bacon burger” you would expect something more impressive.

Kids Mac&Cheese was liked by my 5 year old but the small brown bowl was 1/3 filled. It was very odd and disappointing. It looked like a 1/2 portion. Maybe they ran out or were running low? It looked like Stouffers (which is fine) but you’d think they could just microwave up some more.

Other kid’s “shrimp scampi” was a decent portion. The shrimp were mealy and covered in what appeared to be some sort of soggy breading. He wouldn’t eat it.

The quesadilla was the only thing that felt like it was prepared with some effort and despite that, it just wasn’t anything special.

It used to be impossible to get a table here on a Friday night. It should have been a red flag that they were wide open. I don’t think we would come back unless it was a last resort.

I’d wait for the reviews to start improving. There are several other great American restaurants within 5 minutes that all offer much...

Place is a joke. Extremely disappointed. When we first got there the hostess didn’t even greet us, just said follow me. We waited a little bit before anybody even came to our table, but I totally understand cause it’s a Friday night. We ordered our drinks, water and appetizers. we got our drink and appetizer but no water. Our waitress was too busy gossiping with the hostess to come and ask us how our appetizers were so we could get the chance to ask for a water. Finally she stop talking and I could ask for water. We got our food. My fish was so dry that I was chugging water. But we never got asked if we wanted refills on our drinks so I ran out of water very quickly. The street corn is fire though! My boyfriends hamburger was good and fries were fine I mean they’re frozen can you really ruin them. Our waitress never asked us how our food was. I’m pretty sure she didn’t even know how to talk because the entire service she just nodded her head until she brought us the check and told us to have a great night. It’s extremely frustrating when eating out is a luxury these days. For two people $70 wasn’t worth it. We definitely won’t ever be back. Should’ve just went to Chick-fil-A.

My family and I choose this establishment for our youngest family members graduation dinner. We had heard great things and wanted to see for ourselves the real deal. The start was nice and welcoming from the greeter at the door, the ambience of the restaurant and our wonderful server..KEVA...BIG BIG Shoutout to her😊 She kept things moving and us very happy from the drinks and refills, to appertizers and our main meals Most of the time when she past us she would check to see if everything was ok.. great great customer service. Now for appertizers half of the group order fried pickles, the others chicken cheese quesadillas both great ok. Food arrive all at one time. The reason why I'm mentioning this is because a few of us had made a little change to our order from what was on the menu. They got everything right. Again thanks to our server and the cooking staff...all smiles around the table

We had a great dinner at Rusty Bucket on a quiet Sunday night. We had the Brussel sprouts and fried pickle appetizers and both were delicious. I would take a trip back here specifically for the Chicky Chicky bowl - SO good! And I added an over easy egg for $2 more. Also, I wanted to mention as many other reviews do that their Buffalo chicken sandwich is outstanding!! I had gotten it on a previous trip here and I still remember how big and flavorful it was. Our only critique is that the "Sicilian" pizza should clarify that it is NOT a traditional thick crust Sicilian pizza - we are not sure why it is called that. We were a little disappointed when it came out on a very thin crust. But luckily it was still delicious! Prices are a bit expensive but I would say they are in line with most other restaurants right now and you get a decent amount of food. Thanks for a nice dinner, we will be back!
