Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Somerset

I used to love kfc/long John's but anymore it's horrible and keeps going down hill . . I keep going back hoping it'll be back to the "old" restaurant but everytime I get disappointed greatly.. I ordered the chicken tenders basket, hush puppies, and mashpotatos but when I got it home the tenders were cooked but still had slimy pieces in them..To be honest I wasted the $28 that I spent on it because neither one of us could/would eat it..so I ended up throwing it in my compost bin.. what a waste!! And it's a shame too because it was my favorite restaurant to eat at in somerset..needless to say I won't be going back...

I brought like $60 in food and I got home with it and I do like any other time and grabbed a handful of the crunchies they put in the box my absolute favorite! Anyways it smelled and tasted like nasty old grease, I called and was telling the manager about the smell and taste and she argued with me that the grease had just recently changed it and she would have the GM call me the next day needless to say nobody called me!!! I wasn't looking for free food but needless to say the food tasted like old nasty 🤢...

The menu is too complicated. The family twelve piece bucket isn't listed and the employees don't suggest it despite getting an extra side and all the sides are larger. Bi asked how I could get the third side, how I could get larger sides and how I could get more pieces than right and each question I was told I couldn't when that's what the unlisted twelve piece family...
