I extremely dislike this particular Dunkin. It used to be fine a year ago; loved it! I'd place a mobile order and it'd be ready in minutes. But not anymore.
Sorta rant review ahead, TL;DR is that they take forever with orders, especially mobile orders, and their customer service sucks.
One day I waited for almost 30 mins for a mobile order. Took about 10min of me waiting there for them to even acknowledge me. They said they were having issues with the expresso machine, which one of the two drinks I ordered needed, and would I mind waiting. So thinking they meant for a few more minutes, I said okay. Well ten+ minutes go by.
I ask one of the two workers if it'll be soon. This is when they inform me that the expresso machine is BROKEN and they're waiting for someone TO COME AND FIX IT. Who knows how long that'd take!!
So I say I'll be late for work now, can they please just refund my money. Well they don't want to do that. The one guy asks what I want and he'll make it, so again I just hand them their slip with my order on it. (It was literally just those two drinks; an americano and a vanilla chai.)
Then 5min later they make them. No clue how the heck they can suddenly make them now when there clearly was no one fixing the machine yet. So that super annoyed me. The americano was for my boyfriend, he said it tasted weird. So either the machine still wasn't working and they used it despite knowing this, or they used coffee instead of espresso.
Ended up not having time to eat dinner and get to work on time, literally just called out because I was so stressed. (Among other reasons).
That was several months ago. Finally went to them again more recently because my sister who lives nearby was sick and wanted me to pick up coffee and a croissant. Again, placed a mobile order. Again, waited much longer than necessary. When they finally put the coffee in the pick-up area, it was at the same time as two other drinks, and no croissant, so I didn't think it was mine. Once I knew it was mine, I asked about the croissant. I watched them put 3 other orders into the oven before finally putting in mine.
I'm so done with this location. I don't know if it's because these people are new and aren't being trained well, or if they just don't care. Or both. But until their service improves I'm...
Read more(2.5) I was shocked to hear that my total for a cold brew and sandwich was $15, so I asked if it was right, the lady insisted that it was because I had ordered two large cold brews. Definitely only ordered one hence my shock at a $15 total. She had already finalized the sale (used the app so pain in the ass to undo) so i said whatever and bit the $5 bullet. What got me was then she turned around and started talking shit in a different language to her coworker who kept looking at me and replying to her in another language.
