Night crew = Rockstars who deserve real recognition for their hardwork Day crew = Amateur hour and too incompetent to run any type of operation.

As a doordash driver who typically works a night schedule (4pm-4am), I have never had a problem at this location, infact I prefer picking up orders here because at NIGHT everything is seemless. That changed when I had to pick up an order at 2pm on a Sunday. The store was nowhere near as busy as it is at 2am on a friday night, yet the employees inside were running around like chickens with their collecrive heads cut off. I watched my order get made as I arrived, yet it sat on the counter for the entire 15 minutes I waited. Anytime I asked for it, I was rudely brushed off and told that inside customers took priority. There were literally people ordering and eating while my customer’s food sat on the counter getting cold. It was pathetic and I felt terribly for the customer.

It gets a 3 star rating strictly due to the great service provided by the Night crew. You guys know what youre doing, and make our jobs as delivery drivers so much easier. Please train your day crew how to do better, because that...

I just went here to order a soda and a mcdouble. It took almost 10 min but that's not the issue. I opened the wrapping of the burger and the mcdouble was absolutely prepped and set under a warmer for a long long time. The ketchup was dried on the paper and sides of the burger and the bun was a rock. I brought it back and showed the manager who gave me a look so I flicked the burger bun with my finger and it made that sound we all know with dried stale bread and showed her the dry ketchup by rubbing my finger thru it on the paper. So yes they we're remaking it and the dude slid another prewrapped one to her I yelled no make it fresh and they did. Well sort of, if you call what I got back fresh.... But I digress I am telling you I saw her put the burger I just gave back out to another customer. it was opened and looked at by the dude and I couldn't see what happened exactly next but no movement off the line which indicates to me it was kept and slid up for the next order which called for a mcdouble. Absolutely horrid.

I rarely eat McDonald's but I have enjoyed it in the past as a kid and still do once in a super blue moon. I for sure am avoiding for a while I didn't even eat my burger I was...

This McDonald's I use to frequent almost everyday..I would purchase 20 Nuggets and my only stipulation was that they would be cooked fresh while I wait..I told managers shift leaders and order takers alike and in 20 visits 7 were actually prepare the way I requested ..I then stopped ordering Nuggets and tried to focus on things I would have a better chance of getting fresh...Too no avail it really didn't matter 30% of my orders that were standard menu items were cold and uneatable. ,For some reason this store has a problem with discarding food that has reach its shelf life under a heat lamp..Some of employees on the register struggle with the English language and the chance of getting the wrong item is strong..I have no problem with the language barrier would work with them.but the times Ive have problems communicating and received the wrong order I was call a liar by one and the other would reinforce there fellow employees actions.. I spend hundreds a week This last action pushed me out and I'll never go back ... I'm not sure who the owner is But I'd find out Is stores...
