Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sonoma

I was visiting a friend in California when she took me to this coffee shop. It's a very small tiny little Hut that has a billion people working in it. But they operate at extremely fast pace and all appear to be very pleasant and willing to assist. You take the drive through to order and then pull up to a window for pickup. There's not much parking but it really is meant to be a drive-thru type of establishment. I had never been to this place before not here in California or anywhere else. I usually love going to Dutch Brothers for decent coffee and great customer service. Today I ordered an iced coffee which was watery and weak. Definitely different than the norm as I’ve been going for years. When I mentioned this to the employee and what I am guessing is the manager I got an unsolicited lesson on how they make the iced coffee, and they didn’t want to give me another. Coffee was truly great, but we really wanted to make a shout out to the person running the drive through line! We are visiting from NYC and they were so patient with us- especially learning that it was our first time there. Great recommendations going through the menu and truly a treat for us.
