Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Sonoma

Stopped in here after a funeral, and ordered coffee with my parents. Our coffee was very bitter and scorched, so we went back in, and asked it to be remade. The girls at the front were very nice, but the barista Kevin replied “Well you’re gonna need to wait a second” snapping at us. He then threw things around the bar area, and slammed our drinks down on the table. My mother’s drink was half foam, and mine was made incorrectly. My mom replied to him “that’s not what he ordered, please make it right”. He snapped at us, saying “well that’s what it said, iced latte!” I told him no, iced americano. He then rolled his eyes and huffed “fine whatever” threw the coffee I’m the trash, and sloppily put my coffee together. Once it was done, he slammed it on the table, partially spilling it. I have tried to stick with my favorite coffee house in Sonoma,though every time I visit for a regular cup of good old thick cup of Peet’s I get a watered down no taste cup. I am now not going to this Peet’s because they just don’t brew the tried and true Peet’s coffee I’ve come to know. I now drive out of my way to go to Starbucks to get a better cup of coffee. Sorry Sonoma Peet’s this hasn’t happened just once that I’ve had to give back my cup of coffee and ask for an americano cuz you just can’t get it...

Its a beautiful sunny Thursday afternoon and I'm sitting inside near the doors that lead to the patio. I've been sitting here for about an hour now and I witness one of the employees cleaning the patio with a hose! My immediate thoughts, "Aren't we in a drought?! Why is she spraying down the patio wasting so much water?!" Of course, I don't have the courage to tell this person face to face so, I hope that this message gets to her somehow and a new practice is adopted...
