1 hour until I took a cold bite of my order. Order # DT306, ID AADVSMZ8AGC7. 7:48 pm. $39.00 order. Pulled up to order, asked if they still made the BLT. Employee verified that they did. I ordered 1 BLT, One Brisket sandwich, one Classic, and several more sides. Asked for bronco berry sauce Paid ?for my order. I always check now in the parking lot of all drive ups because I do not trust getting correct order. And getting home, without something is my worst pet peeve. 3 sandwiches and correct sides. Did not check sauces. Got home and BLT not to be found. Instead got turkey sandwich. Called store and manager said his back of store emp. made mistake. I reminded him I had asked for BLT availability. First time in my life I was so mad I told him I would come back to get it right now. OH ma'am, I will make it it right now and make sure it is correct. Arrived and waited behind next window person and it took them 15 minutes to pull away and with a bag small enough to hold one sandwich..maybe. I waited another 8 minutes and girl brought my sandwich. I asked for manager and got very sarcastic answers when I explained how upset I was. " I was doing the books and could not stop" Have someone tell me that, and how does that affect him making my sandwich. At least tell me there is going to be another delay. " I can't tell you that ma'am. We are not allowed to." WILL NOT SHOP THIS ARBY'S AGAIN.

No way to give info re unsatisfactory service but this venue. Why can't orders be checked for accuracy? This not the first time this has happened at this shop. Too bad , next I will have window check for accuracy, and will not move...

8-28-2025 I had the pleasure of visiting the Arby's on Dick Pond Road today, after several terrible experiences at the Arby's at 1506 South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, which ended with the experience yesterday when I called after seeing that the store only offered drive-thru service and was not honoring online rewards, according to their manager. Instead of complaining to corporate, which has resulted in no changes, I decided to call the Arby's on Dick Pond Road and speak with someone about my issue. Cassandra, the night manager, said that they would honor the reward, and I could come in any time to redeem it. She also apologized for what had happened. I thanked her and told her that I would be in tomorrow around lunchtime. When I arrived today, Justin Bass greeted me with a smile and maintained eye contact, offering assistance. I told him that I wanted to speak with a manager, to which he directed me to his supervisor. After telling them what happened yesterday, the supervisor told Justin to take care of me. Justin asked what I would like today. I responded that I would like the 99-cent Chocolate Shake reward. Within two minutes, a beautiful chocolate shake was handed to me. I asked Justin how much I owed him; he said it was on them. To my surprise, I asked if they were sure. I dined in today, consuming half of the shake. It was absolutely delicious. I left an extremely happy customer and will recommend Justin and the Dick Pond Road Arby's to family and friends. They more than made up for the years of turmoil that the Arby's at 1506 South Kings Highway had caused. Thanks again, guys and gals. You are my new...

I’m very upset. I sat in the parking lot pf Arby’s on Dick Pond Road in Myrtle Beach. When the app said my food was ready, I drove up to the drive through speaker. No one talked.

I asked “Are y’all open?” And faintly heard someone talking.

I said, “I’m sorry; I’m afraid I can’t hear you?”

And the guy raised his voice & said in a surly, disrespectful manner - “I SAID WE HAVE NO ROAST BEEF!”

I explained I had placed an order on the app & prepaid almost $30. What could I do? Couldn’t hear the reply clearly. Drove to the window. No one approached. I called the store. No one answered the phone. I saw two employees sitting in the restaurant; sipping on drinks & scrolling through their phones.

I drove back through the drive through & asked how I could get my money back?

He told me, I think, to request a refund on the app. Which I see is not possible.

I have had lackluster service before, but I can’t recall a time I’ve been treated so disrespectfully. I have had a rough day, too, and I just need something to eat for dinner. I don’t mind that the restaurant was out of roast beef. I don’t mind waiting for a refund. But very much sexy is how rude the employees were by ignoring me, not even looking up at me when I approached the store door, and by yelling at me.

I love Arby’s, and will return, but I most likely will go to the one in Murrells Inlet and avoid this one on Dick Pond Road...

I had a DoorDash order at 9:20pm and when I went to pick it up there was no one at the window. We knocked on the window and hollered, afraid something may have happened to the employees. Eventually a tall African American, supposed, employee, with short dreads walked over and shouted “We’re closed!” And vanished back into the back. We pulled away and called our client and told her to cancel her order. DoorDash said I needed written proof that the store was closed so we went back to the window and saw the previously mentioned employee at the window, claiming he was the only one working and had to close before rudely shutting the window after he asked if we were the ones yelling earlier. We then saw a Caucasian man with a bag of food running around in the back as well. May 4th, 9pm 2023. Provided a picture I took of the stores hours. A proper manager would have turned off online orders and a note on the windows and doors if eve some unforeseen circumstance were to stop operation.
