I went with some friends even though I don't do seafood anymore. At least not fast food after the last bad shrimp I had. That aside. I was shocked to walk past the line and get a table I cleaned because no empty tables were. Before I got aggravated with the line I pointed out to my friends it was so long because the entire front emptied to help the three in the back with one drive-thru order. It didn't help matters the cook was on the radio screaming back and forth and trying to run the window. This is happening while the manager is basically loitering right between all three areas, never says a word and only grabs half what he is handed like he is clueless. This shift kept happening. My friends finally got through the line when the drive-thru slowed down and the manger moved to the front counter. Then, through the next 5 orders 4 are messed up resulting in two customer parties just leaving and a lot of commotion at the counter with free food and order fixes. How do any of the people left in society have any patience for this kind of stuff before we start kicking back this irresponsible millenial mindset society is shifting towards? Read moreWell i waited at the register while the lady running drive through served three customers. Finally the lady walking around passing out tarter sauce came to the front. I thought my order was going to be taken then but she told me to hold on. Then the cook noticed that I was being ignored and was very polite. He actually was the only polite employee at this restaurant. Finally another lady appeared from the back. She took my order and then screamed at me because the credit card machine was not working. After looking at her like she was crazy my order was finally ready. Sadly the food I received looked nothing like the order pictured in the window. Taste was less than standard. Even the condiments were sticky where a package had leaked and nothing was done to clean it. The fries tasted like they were old fries recooked. Fish was ok but no clean tarter sauce packets to eat with it. Hush puppies were cold and soggy. There use to be a time where $10 could purchase an edible good meal. I would like a refund or a meal replacement if anyone in management actually reads...
Read moreMy husband and I came into your restaurant 3726 today. My first experience was while standing in line your cashier Becca was yelling back into the kitchen saying I'm going fast as I can. Mind you I saw with my own eye the crew in the kitchen was working efficiently. The lobby was crowded so what, that shows we love captian d's. I rather wait for a hot meal than rush my food. The guest weren't upset at all. We watched Becca mess up orders and DID NOT REPECT SOMMONE. WHO WAS IN THE KITCHEN. Becca yelled at Sommone said she was rushing her, and Becca got flustered and took off her headset from around her neck and told Sommone not to say anything to her. Becca walked away from us customers and said she is Done. She showed her behind in front of a room full of guest. If your employee becomes irate like Becca did, you would potentially lose that reputation as good fast food. Sommone handled herself professionally and once Becca left the line moved faster.
