I needed to get my iPhone screen fixed so I called last week to see if you guys were doing that kind of the job. The person I talked to said yes but you need an appointment. Great! How do we do that ? I asked. He said the sooner I have available is May 29th 12pm and 2:00pm I said 2:00 he asked me for my number and what kind of phone I have..also asked me if I had insurance I said yes and he said probably $30 . You need to be here on time if not the appointment will be cancel. Great! I called again this morning and the person I talked with didnât know anything about my appointment and he said you guys werenât fixing phone screens at the moment. I said but I already have an appointment for today...he asked me to wait and gave me the manager (he had an accent) he said yes I have you here for 2:00pm ..he gave me the address again and I asked him how could I show that I have insurance he said we can look at it here. Alright. I asked permission to my bosses to leave early to be there on time and when I get there the person in the front said that my name wasnât in the list if I was sure that I had an appointment there..I said yes but I still couldnât get in. I called you guys again from outside the store and the person who answered the phone asked me if I had a confirmation numberâ I said no am sorry I made the appointment via phone. He said we donât make appointment via phone only on the website. I couldnât believe..he asked me to wait and did for about 10 minutes and he hanged up on me. I called again and he said âlook if you want make a complain do it but we do not have you for an appointment at all..he said you donât have the personâs name You talked to! You donât have a confirmation number! You have nothing ..made me feel like I was lying and also very sad because I did everything I could be there on time and ended up feeling so confused... I dropped my Tv off at this store over a week ago to get fixed. I received a tracking number later that day I by email. That tracking number hasnât been updated in 5 days and I havenât received and phone calls form them so I decided to call this storeâs Geek Squad Center. I was transferred over by employees 4 times before I was sent to customer service.
