D&Tea — Restaurant in South Carolina

I placed an order for ONE drink and was informed by staff that it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, my daughter whom the drink was for checked on the order and was informed it would be ready momentarily. An additional 15 minutes passed amounting to 30 minutes and still no drink. The cashier looked at the tickets and my drink was never started to begin with while other team members were socializing and sipping on drinks of their own might I add.

At that time I requested a refund, the cashier did not know how to process the refund so she asked for assistance from another team member, who informed me that she would process my refund AFTER she finished preparing drinks.

After waiting about 5-7 minutes I asked if she could please give me a refund immediately as I had already been waiting over 30 minutes.

Due to the lack of professionalism, no sense of urgency as it pertained to my refund, and no apology I will not be supporting this business and I hope that in the event there is another situation like mine, management will take accountability and do their best to...

It was my first time coming here and seriously I was so excited! The staff here were all so kind and awesome. I ordered 3 crepe cake slices 2 matcha and 1 chocolate they were delicious reminded me of my favorite place called Lady M in Los Angeles. Very flavorful for sure. My favorite was the Matcha crepe cake with the matcha foam/mousse on top instead of the matcha powder dusted on top. Coming from someone who loves matcha it can be a bit strong.

I also ordered two milk teas one with regular bubbles and the other with green tea bubbles. They came in these super cute plastic bubble tea cups. Make sure to sign up for reward points too!

Parking is easy, just park anywhere in this shopping center. Tons of spots.

The interior is so cute! Loved it a lot. Can't wait to be back and try more things. I'll make sure to bring some friends a long too. They will definitely do well in this area we needed more bubble tea and dessert...

I liked this place in the beginning (I found them early on) but I watched the service decline steadily and stopped going. I originally wrote this off as increase in demand and tried to ignore it. But the last straw for me was cross contamination w/ the boba. I requested crystal boba because I'm sensitive to the tapioca pearls they're using. The girl made my drink wrong, and instead of telling me they did not have anymore crystal boba, she removes the tapioca from my cup and replaces it with the residue / remnants of what would have been the crystal boba.

The drink should have been remade because the brown sugar or whatever the tapioca soaks in affects whatever its in and that was not what I ordered. I could not drink it. This was a careless mistake as there wasn't even a wait in the store the day I went. I only leave this as a cautionary tale (as this happened a few...
