Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

We are new to the area and I have gone to this particular Dunkin Donuts almost every day since March, most days we are there twice per day. The young ladies working the drive thru in the morning are very friendly and more than pleasant. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the women working the inside counter. One particular woman on the afternoon shift is so miserable I asked if she didn’t care for people from the north. Today, mid day, one of the managers waited on me. My order, one ice coffe, one frozen drink. Next woman in line orders a frozen drink, an ice coffee, a couple of donuts, a sandwich and an ice cream. She’s leaving with all her stuff and there I still stand waiting and waiting. I think this Dunkin Donuts (or their workers) have a problem when dealing with customers who are from out of state. Fortunately there are several other Dunkin’ Donuts. We’ll drive out of our way...

Staff is unprepared and very unorganized. This is the 2nd time I tried to have breakfast here and was unsuccessful. It’s very frustrating! I walked in and the employee walked by me to take a coffee to a customer outside (no eye contact) he came back in and didn’t even acknowledged me (I was the only customer inside) I then said I will patiently wait for someone else to acknowledge me....that didn’t work. Nope nothing. I had to wave my arms and said loudly “Hello” to get someone’s attention. While I’m waiting for paid order, after they said my food was ready they informed me “oh by the way we are out of stuffed croissants” it would’ve been great to be informed at the beginning. So I ended with no breakfast (again) and late for work because of the extra wait, even though I made sure to leave home extra early so that I could have breakfast. I hope they get...

Haven't been at this location any while because my last experience wasn't. That's good, but I stopped this morning. To get me latte and as I was ordering, I don't know if there's something wrong with the Speaker, or they were just in a hurry trying to get everybody out of the line, But as I gave my order to one young lady, another lady jumps on the speaker talking louder and hurry and me and she called me a man and I am a woman, which I don't normally get offended by that, but it was just her way of talking, And the rushness in her voice of trying to hurry me along so I just ordered one latte and left and it was a caramel crave latte, but I taste no caramel in the drink at all. It was like just a regular iced. Coffee change to me. I don't think I'll be back at...
