The employer very rude to me and attitude she not only took 4couples after me she(sandi) made their orders and didn’t think of mine she probably wouldn’t at all if I had to ask but the attitude with her started so now I wanted a refund she says “ can’t do that” probably didn’t know how she called her manger on phone and what to do she didn’t explain the truth for refund only to tell her rudely about me then I asked to talk to manager and her reply NO. Nice ,huh. Well she needs to go cannot work out in public I’ve work for the public for 50years no way do you serve to the public that way stay home if you are gonna have an attitude with the public please customers don’t let these people think it’s ok to serve that...

We all get in this day and age that places can be short staffed, but how about adding some common sense into the equation. When you know it’s going to be a 25 min wait for food, let the customer know when ordering. Please also at least get the order correct and bring napkins with the order. The doors were locked this morning so no way to communicate with the staff and the worker that brought us our WRONG order after 25 mins didn’t have an apology or any urgency. Instead she asked us if we could come back LATER to get the forgotten sandwich that was ordered 25 mins ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE…don’t bother…go to any other fast...
