Rebecca the GM (mind you she wasnât there) told me not to return back to the Five Guys sheâs assigned to bc the fries that was supposed to have been put in âthe bookâ were wrong from months ago. This was the only day I had time to come so I decided to bring another person that had an issue with her cheese burger again was written in âthe bookâ. Found out today thereâs no BOOK. So the crew thatâs in there had no clue in what we were talking about, so as we were explaining it to them they called Rebecca. She reminded us. We ordered and I ordered extra food and paid for it. The mixed girl that was assigned to cook the burgers was smashing the burgers FLAT, the other person I was with was telling her how to fix it and she did it just like that and it was PERFECT. When it came to the fries the first set, they were hard, the brown girl took them back, so the fry guy could redo them and at this point it wasnât done. The brown girl or the cashier (think his name is Donald) normally would cook them to my liking every single time. I know they rotate, but at this point some was standing around and then it was only two there bc the rest went to the back. When the person I was with decided she didnât want her fries and money back, I just wanted mines redone over. They had all but two Disappeared to the back. The cashier came out with the phone for me to explain to Rebecca what was going on. I did and after she heard what was going on she asked that I not return back to this Five Guys. She then called back on the staff cellphone and she spoke with the person I was with and had a whole different attitude. Now I been here many many times before and my food was cooked PERFECT!!! Never had a problem before! Rebecca was definitely out of order for coming off at me like that. She shouldnât had told me she was writing our name down in âthe bookâ if thereâs NO BOOK, she lied!! She could have clearly asked if we could come back when sheâs there, that wouldâve been the most professional way to handle this situation, so it wouldâve been done to our...
Read moreThe only reason that I didn't give Five Guys a 5-star rating is because of price. I got a hamburger all the way, a small fry, and a regular drink. Total with tip came out to $20. The highlight of my trip was the incredible assistant manager who went out of her way to make my visit as enjoyable as possible. The friendly, laid-back atmosphere was a very nice end to a busy day. I always love their hamburgers, and you can get it made exactly the way you want it with their huge selection...
Read moreThe burgers are delicious. But don't expect to get a burger and fries like you do at McDonald's. The prices are quite a bit more than your local Mickey D's. But what you get is a burger that's in a different class altogether. You may be tempted to order a large fry but don't. Even if there's two of you you can just order a regular and they'll dump extra fries in your bag and you'll have probably more than you...
