Gourmet South Meat Market — Local services in Fort Mill

Placed an order (paid $53.50 deposit) for pick up Dec. 23rd at 4pm. Show up and am told my order was not fulfilled because they ran out of prime rib and that I could come back the next day to see if they had any “extras” or I could ask for refund. I made other arrangements since it was so close to Christmas. Emailed on the 24th politely asking for a refund and the owner replies that they have more prime rib that came in that day and he could deliver it to me. Well I didn’t need it anymore and asked him to just refund me the deposit. No response. Emailed again on the 27th….no response. Had to call my bank and put in a claim to get my money back, horrible customer service and would never do business with this...

I ordered ketchup from this company , received the ketchup. Loved the ketchup. No complaints on the product. But I was charged $60 for three regular sized bottles . I saw I was being charged $30 for dry ice. I don’t know why dry ice would be needed for ketchup but fine. I pay the $60. Package comes with no dry ice. I emailed them about a $30 refund since no dry ice came with the shipment a couple of times, gave them days to respond, called, no answer. Left a message with phone number and email . No response. I just bought steak from this place for the first time and I had a fantastic experience! I bought three 16oz ribeyes for the price of two and received another smaller steak (the interesting looking one) for my military service. The last steak was great for my salads!

The ribeyes were evenly cut and about an inch thick, at least the ones I chose. They cooked very well, even after freezing the last one, and tasted delicious! The vacuum sealed bags were a pleasant surprise too; defrosting the frozen ones without a bloody mess was something I wasn’t expecting but I appreciate.
