Came here to get two giant subs. I kindly asked if the employee who was attending me could switch to a new pair of gloves. This employee was African American, long braids and had glasses on with a tattoo on her left arm. After had requesting this switch of gloves she looked at me bothered silently for more than 5 seconds and asked if I was getting another sub. The disrespect in that was enough to leave but I proceeded to see if things would change.
The reason I request a glove change is not because of this establishment, but because I have been to other establishments where I have seen employees text on their phones with gloves, handle money and then proceed touching food. All I wanted was a peace in mind, but in return the employee looked at me if I had personally and intentionally was malicious. I didn’t ask for free food or curse at her. I kindly asked if she could change to a fresh pair of gloves.
Another employee came from the back up to help and the one who was attending didn’t inform her of the glove change and began making my sandwich. I kindly asked if it could be redone. I’m not sure what the employee was touching or doing in the back with those gloves. She changed her gloves and and began making the subs cutting the meat and cheese. The first employee with the braids and glasses who was waiting for the employee to place the meat on the sub began bucking up and down with her arms and punching her fists throwing signals she was looking and thinking of brawling out of frustration. Many other woman out there would have questioned her if she wants to brawl let’s take it outside. I remained quiet and alarmed. Another customer who was a male looked at me because of her behavior and was shocked at her attitude towards me.
It is unbelievable how an employee thinks she can act in such a rude way towards a customer over such a simple request. I understand people have a bad day here and there, but at the core of this, this employee lacks understanding, compassion, customer service and definitely won’t be getting very far in her life with such a terrible attitude. Her stares, behaviors and bucking up and down, punching her fists will get her the very life she deserves while also hurting the reputation of this establishment.
Management needs to review the camera footage on this date around 4:35 - 5:10pm so they can coach this employee. An effective leader who has attention to detail will address this matter accordingly and understand this is not a good look for the business as well as for...

When my boyfriend returned with the order, it was apparent that someone had eaten from the salad. I returned to the location, explained the situation to the employees, who were mostly teenagers, and requested a remake of the salad. Although they seemed uncertain about the course of action, one of the young men politely asked about the issue and remade the salad.
