I have always loved KFC, but after receiving our order 20 minutes after placing it at the drive-thru I am sad to say I will not be going back to KFC again. When the employee brought our order to us she was talking on her phone and barely handed my husband the bag as she was already walking away from our car and never said not one word as she was too busy talking on her phone. The food was cold when we received it, which we overlooked as we were going to wait until we got home to eat which is about a 20 minute drive. They forgot to put a side order of mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal so my husband went inside to get them and he said as soon as he walked in the door he bagan to slide on the floor because there was so much grease on the floor. He said the same employee that brought our food out was then still on the phone and they employees seemed rather irritated that he had been came inside to ask for something that they forgot to put in the bag with our order to begin with. My husband waited a few minutes after which they had not brought the mashed potatoes to him he walked out. When we got home to eat the chicken I had order had little chunks of the chicken missing from it and had an odd color and looked like it was several days old. My husband chicken was under cooked and had a weird taste even the biscuits tasted old and that's our favorite thing to eat from KFC. Needless to say I didn't take the first bite of what I had of my meal and my husband took a bite of his cken and one of his sides and we then just throwed all of it out and I heated up some leftovers from the day before. I do not understand how they are still open with the employees total lack of knowledge of hospitality and cleanliness as well as their the lack of even wanting to be there and lack of respect of customers as well as for themselves. I have worked in food service before and I never deemed of showing up for work to give customers such poor service as they have to us this evening. If you hate your job so much just don't even keep showing up for work. Customers do not ask to be treated with such terrible service and I know some customers can be difficult, but you still have to show them quality service just as you would want. I can not forsee myself going back to KFC again. I wished I could have give 0 stars. Worst service and food ever. Read moreI went there on a Sunday afternoon around 2:45 or 3:00. Sunday rush was gone. Nobody in line but me. I ordered an 8 pc bucket meal. Got to the window and paid and they asked me to pull up. Nobody behind me. I sat there. The nice little girl asked if I could pull up. I told her I’d pull up if someone came up behind me. Then, a very rude manager came to the window and demanded I pull up. I asked why. She said because her timer was running. I told her that her timer has nothing to do with me. She insisted I pull up. I politely declined. Nobody behind me, again. She then told me if I didn’t pull up she’s call the police. Haha! I told her to go ahead. I was sitting at a drive they window waiting on my order, not breaking the law. She got upset and slammed the window and made all kinds of crazy hand and body gestures and started slinging stuff around. I knocked on the window to get her attention so I could get my money back and go elsewhere, because I don’t buy food from psychos. But by then my food was ready. Completely unprofessional and unhinged. The purpose of the timer is to time the length of service so the owner can know where improvements need to be made. If they are asking people to pull up when nobody is in line, how is the owner supposed to get the info he needs to improve upon the service? Just ridiculous. Read moreThis is the nastiest restaurant I've ever stuck my foot in. We go thru drive thru, pull up to order, well the speaker is literally blocking the menu screen. Pull up and pay for food, told to pull in parking space so we did. Waited 14mins on a female employee to walk up and stop right behind driver door and dropped the bag in window. She never spoke a word cause she was just that rude, turned walked away. We open bag to see if all was there, of course it wasn't. Meanwhile noticing the food was cold?? So I get out and walk up to same female that dropped the bag off and politely told her they forgot the tators and gravy. She never looked up from her phone but said ok. I stand there waiting and finally said I wasn't going back to car so we enter restaurant. The floors had so much grease on them I almost busted my butt. It is just plain nasty in there. Several people behind counter. Not one of them attempted to get my tators. After approximately 7mins I told another customer as nasty as this lobby is id be scared to even eat the food. Then a tall whatever said I smell white?? Oh boy here we go again, using my skin color for justification of his laziness and disrespect. I left without the tators came home and tossed both meals outside cause after the racist comment I sure as hell didn't plan to eat the food . KFC you owe me $ 28.00. Best believe your store cost you my business from now on. Get some employees with a lil courtesy and ump to get the job done. By the looks of that place you need to fire em all including yourself....
