I will not do business here again and do not recommend. I went in at 4:20 this afternoon to order 2 large supreme pizzas for $38. I wanted to pick them up at 5:30 to feed a group at a meeting. I arrived at 5:26 to get the pizza. The person at the register looked up my order and said he was going to get it. I watched him walk out the back door. Several minutes later the guy who took my order emerged from the back door to tell me he had put my order in for a 9:30 pickup. He seemed not particularly concerned that I had a deadline. I waited while they made the pizzas and about 13 minutes later I got them. The time it took to make them he sat on a stool and played with his phone with an earphone in his ear. (I will say that a young woman employee was finding work that needed to be done putting boxes together during the same idle time).
The kind of service rendered by the young man who took my order is not acceptable. Perhaps putting the time in incorrectly is an honest mistake. But I confirmed with him twice before leaving that I was picking up at 5:30.
I am one customer lost and will make it a point to tell all of my friends. Owners of these chains should do better training and checking on their employees. Bad customer service loses customers and one lost customer means many more lost customers. People talk. There are too many good pizzas in town to deal with really poor...
   Read moreAfter having a bad experience at the Marcos closer to us, we decided to order from this one. Ordered online and picked curbside pickup so I didn't have to get out of the car. On the way there she (the wife) said, "it's under your name if you have to go inside." I replied, "naw, it should be fine." So I drive the extra distance and pull into the plaza. Open my email and notify them through the browser. I browse through Twitter while waiting. It's a bit busy so I expected a lil wait. I watch people come and go. I witnessed 1 curbside delivery and have some hope. As I dive deeper on my Twitter hole, time races by and the lot clears but no one has even looked in the direction of my car. My wife calls and asks, "what's going on?" I say, "I'm still in the car, but about to go in." I got inside and no one greets me. I make eye contact with at 2 people. After a phone situation of a previous customer getting the wrong order I am tended to. "How can I help you?" She says. I reply, "I ordered curbside pick but now I'm inside." "It's under Octavious." She turns around, grabs my food, hands it to me, and that was it. Safe to say I won't be coming to this one either on my own merit. But she insisted on the guy next to her to pick up my sandwich off the floor instead of her picking it up which he was taking a phone call order.
