McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in South Carolina

I think its time to hang up My McAllisters hat and start eating at Chopt. Why do I say this,l? While I was standing in line to order there was a young man an employee on his break. He then got up to get his water but when he did, he had food on the outer part or fat part of his thumb, he then licked his thumb thigh part and all and did not use a scoop but stuck his saliva ridden hand straight into the ice. My stomach started to turn, when I said something to him, he said "this water is for me " are you kidding me? So your saying because the water is for you its ok to put your unsanitary hands in the ice?! By this point the manager asks if he could help me. He was polite enough but he also brushed me off when I needed this issue addressed. I also said I wanted to get water and he offered me water but let's be real, would you take it? Is this practice normal? I will not...

They did it AGAIN for the nth time. Failed so bad. Food is great, I always order my favorite Savannah chopped salad for pick and when I drive, spent gas, money & time to pick my order go home, mixed the salad and get the first bite when you're super hungry ONLY TO FIND OUT EVERY FREAKING TIME that it's not the right dressing, I even asked for extra SHERRY SHALLOT DRESSING and Nope! It is not SHERRY SHALLOT DRESSING. You know when you're super hungry after all the wait you did from the time you ordered it to the time you put the first bite in your mouth and it's not the food you really ordered??? How would you rate that service? And it's not the FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME OR THIRD TIME... why do I keep making the same mistake of ordering my savannah salad in baxter??? Why??? TOTAL FAIL. Please label your dressings and save me some...

I came in at 11:48 am placed a simple choose 2 which was a half of a grilled chicken salad- and a cup of soup. Proceeded to wait and not get my order until 12:23 pm. I was on my 30 minute lunch break. So I hurry and get back to work to find they did not put my ranch dressing in there that I asked for and is on the receipt paper on top of my food. I am beyond upset as this is my ONLY meal and now I have NO time to go back and get it. This is not the first time this has happened and it is a huge deal.
