This location has been very slow and I’ve got patience for short staff etc. However, this location had more than enough employees at the time of my visit. The in-store experience is already cold due to kiosk and uninviting lobby. But last night was absolutely it for me. I was picking up 2 mobile orders and my daughter decided she wanted something once we got there. We wait so long in the drive thru not moving with only 3 cars in it. I decided to go in and pick it up. I stood in the front for at least 10 mins with a girl just walking back a forth and not even acknowledging the fact I was waiting to order. A DoorDasher came in and waited a bit she finally brought up his order and again turned around and went back to the other orders. All the while answering her personal cell phone. Finally the drive thru guy had to leave the window to wait on us. After he took my order I told him I would like to speak to the manager. He politely went back to get her and this brunette rude girl started yelling in the back… “I hear you, I hear what you are saying” to the drive thru guy and manager. I can’t go into everything that happened but how rude she was to me and her fellow employees, this girl should have been fired on the spot! Places are no longer that desperate for employees! That was it for my family and this McDonald’s. After this ordeal we got home and our sandwich was still frozen in the middle and food was too cold to eat! Read moreI tried to give them so much grace. I did an online order on the app & I arrived on time. At first, everything seemed fine. However, when I checked my order I noticed that my chicken sandwich said, “spicy chicken sandwich “ & that the fries were just half way full. However, I thought not problem about the fries I won’t bother them, I’ll just ask for the sandwich I ordered. I turned around & I went to the window to let them know that I had ordered a regular but was given a spicy one instead. The lady at the window asked me to pull into their #1 spot & assured me someone would come out there & give me the right order. I waited 30minutes. After I noticed the drive thru people kept getting their things I decided to go in & see what the hold up was. I spoke with another lady at the window. She then asked me if I had pulled the sandwich out to assure myself that it was a spicy one. I told her that that’s not what the First Lady told me to do & that now all of my food was cold. She then rolled her eyes & said, “well what do you want me to do?”. I told her I was not trying to be difficult but that it was not fair that they made me wait 30 minutes just for a sandwich while my food got cold. She then said it would be even longer because I would be at the bottom of the list. I then ask if I can speak to a manager & she goes back to speak to another lady who hands her a sandwich box. Stopped for lunch with my kids today and decided to make a stop at The McDonald's location at exit 19B on I-85 South in Anderson, SC, is at 101 Electric City Blvd. We took the drive through and told to wait in the waiting spot. I dropped one of the kids meal while grabbing the rest of the bags for my family. The manager who was dressed in a different uniform as all other employees said she would grab another one. While we waited I was distributing the food to everyone and noticed my fries were less than half filled then before checking for more discrepancies in my order decided to go in and ask for another order of fries. As I was walking in and the same Mc Donald representative had her back to the door yelling in the lobby (who just drops their kids meal) she turned and not even apologetic because shes stunned she got caught being absolutely unprofessional and rude waited for me to say what I was coming to say. She gave me another order of fries and I watched her from behind the counter to make sure I wasnt getting anything other than my fries. (No I didnt say a thing but about my half empty fry box. ) To boot we didn't get any napkins or the kid juices we paid for.
