Went to McDonalds today for lunch, 7/7/22. Had a pretty simple order but one important request was the sauces we needed for us and the two kids we were getting for. We were going to be paying extra for the sauces but we were okay with that. We got to the window to get our food and again asked specifically if the sauces were in the bag. The girl assured me that they were in the bag and so we left and went back to work. We got to work and not only was there NO sauces in the bag but they also didn't give us our nuggets. So we went back to get our nuggets and the sauce and went inside to grab it. At the counter the girl asked the manager on duty how to handle it and the manager said to apologize and give us what we needed to complete our order. This here is the kicker!! So while they were putting the stuff in the bag the girl at the window who could not even see me at the counter said extremely rudely that 'she's lying, yes she did get them because I gave them to her'! So she called us a liar over chicken nuggets!! Whoever this girl is needs to be reprimanded. No one deserves to be treated rudely especially over some chicken nuggets! Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered via the mobile app. I sat in the drive-thru for a good ten minutes due to it not moving forward AT ALL. Upon arriving at the speaker and giving them my order number, I was informed that they weren't able to provide my shakes; the only thing, aside from french fries, that I ordered. She DID ask if there was something she could substitute the shakes with. I explained the shakes were the sole purpose of my order and that I'd just like to cancel it. She said ok, thank you, have a nice night. I got stuck in the drive-thru for a few more minutes. As I was pulling away, I got a notification from my bank that I was just charged for the daggum order! Now WHY would she say she'll cancel the order then charge me?! I immediately attempted to call the store - no answer. I was NOT going to sit through that drive-thru line again after already being let down by McDonald's AND having people cut me off and attempt to argue with me over a place in line! I continued to try call for about an hour after; never getting through to anyone. Now I have to waste fuel, which right now is SUCH a bad idea what with the cost of gas, to physically appear at the restaurant and get things right. Overall a complete disappointment and fruitless...
Read moreWorst McDonald's experience! So I had family members in the hospital and my sugar started bottoming out. I figured I would run to McDonald's right quick to grab something quick. Unfortunately, "quick" was not in the picture at all. I waited 30 minutes before getting my food and all my order consisted of was 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 fry, and a McFlurry. I finally parked and went in (after seeing 4 other cars get their food and leave). When I walked in and asked the girl what the hold up was, I see that my bag of food (burgers) were just sitting there in the bag. She said that she was waiting on my fries, which had been sitting there as well, as I had been waiting inside for an additional 5 minutes and saw fries already made up just sitting there. The girl seemed over it. I was clearly forgotten about. The manager was nice and I don't feel like the problem was her, yet, I feel like the blame falls to them being short staffed, and the girl worker being over it and overwhelmed. However, my fries were cold, my burgers were cold, and the McFlurry had melted (the manager apologized and remade the McFlurry). Seneca McDonald's is definitely going downhill.
