I came to this starbucks about 1hour before I wrote this review and I had a great time, the frappe i got was amazing, everyone was friendly. Then I left and picked up my pizza and went home and I realised I left my bag with my wallet and other things that are important to me like a sketchbook that I've put months of work into. Most importantly my wallet with all my money and my id. I immediately turn around and head back. I live about 10-15 minutes away. I looked up their number and started calling. It rang and there was no answer, so I kept calling because my bag with my important things was left in the open there. Eventually, there is an answer. I start to explain but before I get past "Hi" they hung up. I called again, and the same thing happened. They answered then they hung up immediately. I got to the starbucks before I actually got a person to speak on the phone. I go in there and I found my bag. Everything was still in it and then I approached the kind of larger dude with black hair and goatee and beanie and I explained what happened about how whoever answered the phone hung up immediately. He told me "Yeah we heard you calling, but we are like suuuper busy." There were 4 people inside, 2 sitting down, one person just walked in and one person being handled at the cash register. There were 4 employees that I could see and 3 cars in the drive-thru. If I sound like a Karen, then oh well, because if they had the time to repeatedly answer and hang up then they had the time to fully answer and see what I was calling about, seeing as I called back to back for 15 minutes. If there phone is ringing that much then something must be up. What really bothers me is the fact that he acknowledged that I was calling and that they were hanging up immediately after answering. It is super hard and tedious to get an id replaced. I had all my money in that bag and I had other things that were important to me in that bag. If someone is calling that much, pick up the phone. It baffles me the fact that they answered and hung up- probably because they were tired of hearing it ring. Read moreThe employees are great but the remodel is horrible. It's communal seating (two long wood tables in the middle) with all hard chairs. About 10 hard chairs against the wall with only one little table for all of them. Where are people suppose to put their food and drinks. I'll tell you where they are putting them. In the other seats!! Five hard chairs at the bar with about a 2 inch high back so can't lean back there. I was told it was good for my back! I don't go to Starbucks to get my back in shape!!! I go to relax. Can't do that anymore. They have pushed everyone to outside seating. There's a reason I don't sit outside. The inside chairs are small and so very uncomfortable. The seating goes completely against what they say on their website about store design. Once was enough. I won"t go back. I can't comfortably sit in those chairs. I found a new Starbucks but it's out of my community and I will no longer get to see all the friends I've made there. They should fire whomever approved that seating. I sincerely mean that. If Starbucks has changed their values so much that all that matters to them is the $$$ then they are no longer worthy of my loyalty. It's a cold empty place now. Read moreI wasn't impressed with this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order for two Frappuccinos. One was ready when I arrived a few minutes later. They forgot the other. It wasn't busy. They had six people working and only three customers, seven workers including the manager. I tried to flag someone down. They ignored me despite being right in front on me. I went to the register. No one was there. I finally found the manager. She took care of the situation before I finished telling her the issue. She realized that I had been there a long time and sensed a problem. Then, they didn't know what I had ordered and kept trying to put vanilla beans in my order once I told them. They got it eventually. The first one was inadequately mixed and was mostly ice and melted because it sat there waiting on the other. The second one was ok but mixed differently from other locations.
