And they have started making it a point to make it incorrectly just for the simple fact when it's not made properly my husband or I complain and have it remade correctly. Enough is enough. Read moreService is horrible!!!! We came to this location on May 21 at 8:52, 7 minutes before closing. We were driving for 3 hours and wanted to stop to get a quick drink and use a restroom. The guy who was working there closed the doors at 8:52 and when we came closer and knocked he just shaked his head saying “no” turned around and walked away. Due to Starbucks policy they must to accept customers until the store is officially closed, even if you walked in 2 minutes before close. The most insane and thing was when we were leaving he looked at us and waved his hand saying goodbye 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 It was very rude and we felt very offended. Actually, we won't drink the Clover Vertica coffee. In all honesty, we've tried several times and haven't tasted a cup of coffee with the once Starbuck quality. So we request a dark roast pour-over. And if the employee refuses to do a pour-over, we leave.
