Awful experience.Piss poor customer service! If you want your order completely incorrect and to be treated like your inconveniencing each and every employee- then this is your place. Sorry but I banned this Wendy's 4yrs ago and there was obviously a reason why I did it in the first place! Breakfast might sound great right...? I thought so too, until my family and I were chewing on egg shells in our breakfast sandwiches, called at least 5x, since they just let the phone ring over and over, finally s/w management about it - good thing I'm all about some confrontation cause that's all these managers & employees are about. No customer is Right here, have your proof. this establishment likes to argue with their customers and will tell you to take your money somewhere else, without refunding you with the egg shelled sands. In hand, that your asked to return for "proof" as I was told. Our breakfast sandwiches were trashed and absolutely no right came from their wrong. CS is lacking, management is a joke! Let's not forget this Wendy's RUNS OUT of bacon and BEEF & proceeds to post a sign about it on The drive-thru speaker for a WEEK! Mobile ordering- good 🤞 luck EVERYONE. They HATE mobile orders, just gets horrible with each experience, regardless. You'd be better off getting a Hot Dog from the Speedway gas station that's shared with this run down establishment. I’m a delivery driver for DoorDash with my mom, Laura, and we frequently take the late night Wendy’s orders. Sometimes after checking in at the drive thru speaker DoorDash adds a second order to our plate as it’s usually on the route of the first. Usually we let the people at the window know we’ve got a second pickup too and it’s usually no problem. Tonight though a young man named John told us that we had to drive back around to the speaker and check in the second order, after already sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. He said it’s a new rule implemented this summer (despite just the other day this not being an issue) which is absolutely ridiculous. No dasher is going to go sit in the drive thru for another 30 minutes when accepting that second order after the speaker was beyond their control. It’s a sure fire way to get blacklisted by dashers. I sincerely hope someone reaches out to me as I’ve also contacted corporate and as it stands, name and a few others will not be accepting Wendy’s pickups until this issue with John is resolved:/ very unimpressed
Update on 31st of may, Wednesday.
It has been several days since the experience and Wendy’s still hasn’t contacted me about resolving the issue. When we had an issue with Arbys the owner reached out the next morning because he realized how valuable the DoorDash drivers are to their business. (you figure the average is $15/person. minimum of 1 person per car $15 × 6 = $90. but I know for a fact that 2 of those cars had 2 people so add $30 = $120 minimum revenue lost. )
Then wait more there... because they are only doing one car at a time whereas they should be doing 3 or more ... and to add their incompetent service 💥 your order is wrong. And it should never be wrong if you are only doing one car's order at a time taking and taking an excess of 45+ minutes per car. Your food should be the best meal you ever eaten in your life, but it isn't even close much less in the same Galaxy.
FOR BETTER QUALITY SERVICES Go to the Wendy's on either US 501 near the Conway Medical Center or The one at US 17 & 10th Ave N. near Myrtle Waves. Even they are not perfect but, knock on wood, at least they do more than 1 car at a time and have yet to mess up my orders.
