This was the worst visit yet. I keep trying this Wendy's, because it's the closest one to my Dad's house BUT it's just not worth it. They were actually staffed enough to have both of the drive through windows open, so I was optomistic. I made an order via the app that said exactly what we wanted, including what condiments. The young girl at the first window was mostly polite. At the second window, the young man who handed me my frosties didn't even look up. He just held both of them out of the window, and I guess hoped that I would grab them before they hit the ground. Like a dummy I still said thank you, becaused I was raised right. Then I had to sit and wait for a bit. The young man at the window didnt even say anything. He just stood with his back to the open window. The lady that gave me my order just said. Here you go (I thanked her too), so I pulled over to make sure everything was there. My baked potato on top did not even have the lid attached and was on its side. The three sandwiches that I ordered were in there, but I swear it looked like they had been balled up and stuffed in the bottom of the bag. The chili for my dad was there, but the order was missing fries. I went in with my receipt and told the girl at the counter that I was missing fries. She said absolutely nothing to me except "what size". I told her, she went and grabbed a fry that was already made up (it certainly wasn't hot) and then came over and held it out to me. I had her put it in the bag. There was no additional word spoken but ME saying thank you. I wish I wasn't so polite because somebody in there needs to hear about it. OH, AND I got home and aside from crackers there were NO CONDIMENTS, UTENSILS OR NAPKINS. No butter, sour cream or fork for my potato; no hot sauce for the chili; no spoons or straws for the Frosty's. I asked for all of this on the online order. Its printed on the receipt. Since they forgot the fries, lack of ketchup was no surprise. I'm going to speak with my dollars and drive right past that location. I will tell friends and family who are thinking about stopping there, not to do it. That location has been given enough chances by me. I'm done, I will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWendy's is a fast food restaurant right? Well I was starving and on the road so stopped at the Wendy's. I went in and I went to the counter where I waited for over a minute while I watched about five employees milling around not doing anything except one guy who was working near the fryer. I'm waiting and then all of a sudden somebody comes around the register counter from the lobby with their head down, doesn't say anything, punches some buttons, tears off a little piece of receipt paper and then walks to the back of the kitchen ignoring me. I continue standing at the register being ignored and then I finally ask the guy who's at the fryer, excuse me, is anybody taking orders. He turns around and says hey guys somebody's at the front. Finally a girl comes up to the front and asks me what I would like. I said I would like a baconator pretzel Burger. Do you want a single or double? I said I'll take a double. She pushes some buttons and then stares at the register all confused and then turns around and walks off with no explanation. At this point I'm getting very frustrated because I'm still starving and I've been standing there mostly ignored for over 5 minutes and I can't even place an order while there's a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing, while one guy is working. The second girl who went back to the back was arguing with somebody that they needed to come take my order. I then say, I thought this was fast food. The one guy who was working turns around again he says, hey somebody come to the front. Guess what? Nobody came to the front. They were all arguing about who should come up and ring me up. I said you know what? Never mind. Forget it. Y'all have a great day. I turned around and walked out. There was no explanation given to why a bunch of employees standing around could not take an order and make a sandwich. If this was my first Wendy's experience I would never go back. I definitely will never go back to this location. I highly recommend everybody else stays away because evidently it's too confusing for the staff to take an order and you'll only get frustrated by the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere really should be an option for negative stars on these reviews; but I digress.
Last night (10/31/20) we came in around 7:00pm to eat dinner with my family before going on to the corn maze - we wanted a quick dinner. Alas, we didn't get that.
After standing there for what felt like an enterity while two employees argued over who clocked out when, we FINALLY ordered and payed. When my child and her boyfriend went to order, they were told "no more orders, we are out of everything." After standing there for another eternity, we asked for our money back - Not before being lectured by two other employees how it wasn't their fault and they were gonna walk out.
There was about ten other people behind us.
Now, yes. Everything was made right by giving us a refund. But why in the name of the great lord Cuthulu do you not keep your establishment stocked sufficiently to serve your customers?
Maybe you shouldn't have spent every last dime to "remodel" a business that doesn't even warrant being there in the first place over stocking your FROZEN items.
Not only were you out of food, but you were also out of people who understand the definition of communication and customer service.
I don't give a flying wet fart about who's fault it is you're unprepared. Fix it. I've literally been to mental health facilities with better...
