By far in all my 44 years of living..the absolute worst experience ever...started out Sunday evening March 6 around 4:30 pm and went online to order...ordered wings and cheeseburger rolls, that they didn't have, after we went up there to pick up, is when they told us that they haven't had that item for about 2 weeks, but did not specify online, so then we wanted the chicken sliders to replace the cheeseburger rolls, didn't have those either....so then we replaced those with the cheeseburger sliders....so then after speaking with the general manager and advising the items they didn't have , at around 630 now finally come to a conclusion that they will take care of some items and remake the wings that are now cold after waiting for a couple of hours. I never asked for food to be taken off , it was offered, which was gracious by the manager..but here is the kicker..so since the food was now "free" I guess that was cool to microwave the now remade wings and the sliders..when I got there the host didn't say hello,hi, or greeted me, after I greeted her and another young lady, she asked me the order name and gave me the food I asked were there extra ranch in there that we requested, she snarkily replied, "I don't know, I'm not the one who packed it"...wow..so I just left...crazy experience will never ever eat there again...even if you paid me....got home to eat and ended up throwing the food away...all microwaved...rubbery..chicken not even fully cooked...the worst experience ever.. ****UPDATE***** THU 3.17.22 After speaking with General Manager Mandy Knecht and the owner, decided to give Wild Wings another shot and this time they knocked it out of the park!! Food was fresh, wings flavored and crispy...and the service even better... just look at those wings below...that's what I'm talking bout haha!!! I am a happy customer now..and will be visiting to dine in real soon!! Thanks guys!!

(No way to be sure which flavor of wings we were eating.) Bag contained napkins from JERSEY MIKES SUBS instead of Wild Wing Cafe (so weird!) After reviewing the ticket, we discovered that the ticket wasn't even printed until 5:48pm - this was 8 minutes after we arrived and 10 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready and they were just printing the ticket to fill our order! The manager finally just refunded our money and sent us with the food we had already been given. So there is that. Food was mediocre to passable, certainly worth free, but not if I had had to pay the $55 tab. Have loved Wild Wing Cafe (at least the Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Hilton Head and Greenville locations) since the early 1990s, but I will NEVER return to this Anderson location. If they had admitted to the screw up with our order when we arrived I might not be so upset, but they just kept saying "5 more minutes" until we finally demanded to speak to the manager. Then, despite us having to wait an EXTRA 40 minutes for our food, they still failed to ensure the accuracy of what they were giving us! On a positive note, the bearded bar tender in the colorful shirt and Red Sox hat tending the outside bar was helpful and seemed concerned, so many thanks to him.

Ordered 15 flats... 3 different sauces, appetizer of popcorn shrimp and a "basket" of fries. It took forever as they apparently had to wait for cooks to show up??? As she came back apologizing for it taking so long but stated everyone is here now so it shouldn't take too much longer. Then we got our food. It was nice and hot buttttt my wings were not all flat and waitress said well he said he added as many flats as he could. So what should have happened if they were not able to do all flats was to let me know so I maybe able to choose something else. And she knew this was not going to make me happy and asked me if she could get me something else. I was like um no because who knows how long that would have taken. Fries certainly were not in a basket and the cute appetizers were definitely not served as in the photo on the menu. Just dumped on the plate. She sure did make sure our sweet teas were full as soon as they got half empty she was there filling them up. Nice atmosphere and tasty wings but just not good service or making it right. I paid for all the wings and left 5 "drumsticks" on my plate as I could only manage to get 2 down. I really just wanted my flats. I do realize that not all restaurants will do all flats that is why I always ask.

We’ve been looking forward to our father’s day lunch. My son and I have enjoyed the wing meal deal for years and were looking forward to it today. He’s been asking for months, so we were looking forward to our Fathers Day lunch. We checked the menu before arriving to make sure the wing meal deal was still going and it was listed. I asked how much it is and am told it isn’t going on anymore. I asked what deal is going on instead. Again, there has always been some wing special going on for the past few years. She said it was only online and there were no deals at all. I asked if the manager was available thinking obviously there is a misunderstanding. Many times in the past, they have had deals, but they just hadn’t been clearly communicated to servers. The manager also says, no there’s not a deal anymore. She says that corporate runs online and that they have no control. I told her it was poor customer service and not customer friendly at all. False advertising is not cool at all. She even agreed it wasn’t right and that they have had many complaints. You would think a business would respond to a pattern of complaints. I again asked what kind of other deals they may have instead and am told nothing. Not even anything for Father’s Day apparently. To have the manager acknowledge it was poor practice and yet just shrug my concerns off anyway was frustrating. Do we need to sit in the restaurant and place an order online instead next time and have them bring it to our table? Or do we have to eat our wings out in the parking lot to be able to enjoy a family friendly meal together? My son and I were upset. We had planned on this meal and brought enough cash for about what our meal deal should’ve been. I wanted to leave I felt so disrespected as a longtime customer. My son would’ve been devastated though. It was already our first father’s day with our dad/granddad and he had been upset all day but looking forward to this one thing. Been going here since they opened, but something is going to have to change. If this was a fluke, it would be one thing. The food has been so inconsistent the last couple of years. This is not the same place it used to be and I think we’re finally done with them.

Note: After ordering, I see on the Facebook page for this location that there is a Father’s day wing special. I had asked both the server and manager about specials and was told there...

What to say about this place. Our First and Last time going ever! Let’s start at the top shall we. We went on 3/6/22 a Sunday. We didn’t know it was fight weekend but apparently that was a bad time for us to go because they were out of a lot of their food items, not that they had much to choose from anyway (Strike 1). Then we order our drinks, you would think a simple task. We ordered two sweet teas for our children. We got one sweet tea and one water… so of course they fought over the tea. When we asked for another one we were told it would be a few minutes due to making a new batch. That second tea never came (Strike 2). So we get to ordering our food. Since they were out of a lot we ordered our wings first and told our waiter that he could come back to finish when we had a chance to decide what to order. The wings came, we ordered two different sauces and all the wings were the same flavor also it took them a while to bring the wings out… we lost track of time (Strike 3 & 4). When they finally brought the wings out they were going to walk away until we reminded him that we still needed to order the rest of our food. To which he replied that he thought the wings were all we were getting (10 wings for 4 people, 2 of which were kids, also no sides) (Strike 5). We order our food and it takes forever! Our youngest has already started acting out due to hunger at this point. We eventually just tell our waiter to make our food To Go because at this point we were just done. I get the check and see that my meal was incorrect but didn’t say anything because at this point we just wanted to get out of there. I waited til we got home to check my order before deciding that there was officially a final strike because it was indeed wrong along with one of my children’s order (Strike 6). Not to mention the food was not even satisfying by the end of all of it. This experience went down as one of the top 2 worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. For me it’s a tie for first place, for my husband it’s second place. The food was way overpriced for the service and taste of it. Never again! Wish I could...

Avoid this location. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken appetizer and there was so much grease in it, you couldn't eat it. Ordered 2 of the 25 count wings, but they didn't even have all of the BBQ flavors. Ordered 2 brownies, of which both were still RAW in the middle. As of this wasn't bad enough, I get my receipt and my bill is approximately $72, but my waiter decided to ADD his OWN tip thinking I wouldn't notice, but my bank notified me that they had charged me $84. Then brought the receipt expecting an additional tip.

I go to the register and ask what's going on and show them my notification from my bank and all of a sudden, I AM CONSIDERED THE PROBLEM. Four of the employees are at the register with me and my family and they are saying they needed a picture of my card, of which I told them no. They wanted to take my card to the back of the store, also a no, cause why you need all of that, when you did the transaction right here.

They finally call the General Manager, who either doesn't care, or is oblivious to the financial fraud they are doing and after about 5 minutes the only solution they had was to refund my money, the next day. I told them no, they needed to correct whatever they were doing now. They got mad, and said "FINE, WE DON'T NEED CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU ANYWAY. "

REALLY? Cause looking at the fact there were only two other families dining inside, I think you do need customers. My waiter was Quentin, one of the "managers" was Kerrigan, but I can't remember the other young ladies name. Once Kerrigan refunded my money, she called the police on us.

What a joke. All of them should be arrested for financial card/transaction fraud. So check your receipts before you TIP because apparently some of their employees are going ahead and adding their 15% and then you will unknowingly leave another 15%.

What's even worse, Quentin was such a terrible waiter. He didn't refill drinks, didn't check in on us, and they weren't even crowded. Never received an apology. Just go ahead and...
