On 5/27/25 I stopped by the Zaxbys on Folly rd on James island to pick up an order for a DD customer. They apparently were training new employee as I came up to Ctr I was completely ignored by a heavy set black female employee talking to a new hire white young female. They LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND SAID NOTHING!! I HAD TO SAY OUT LOUD “EXCUSE ME CAN You HELP ME!!” When they gave me the order they only gave me ONE DRINK, the customer ORDERED QTY 2 …#2 meals WHICH comes w 2 DRINKS (med Dr Peppers as you can see on the attached receipt)! I complained to the employees and they refused to give me the 2nd drink the customer paid for. They were completely ignorant of the fact that the receipt indicated 2 paid meals w 2 paid for drinks(both DR Peppers) I asked for the MGR… it’s gets worse… the older short white female mgr insisted the customer only ordered one drink. I told her she was wrong. And proceeded to call the customer (I then put on speakerphone) the customer said I ORDERED 2 meals that come with 2 of the same drink GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!! I heard the mgr tell the new employee to just get the guy another drink NEVER APOLOGIZING. NEVER ADMITTING SHE WAS WRONG. RATHER it was a just take care of the complaint guy to get him out of here!!!!! WTH kind of restaurant does this??? A MANAGER SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY especially while being completely wrong herself!! And the new employee training was now useless as She too had an attitude of Me being the problem. FIX THIS LEVEL OF STUPIDITY AT YOUR STORE FRANCHISE OWNER OF THIS STORE!! Your employees don’t even know how to read your own receipts. The customer when I delivered it was very upset at Zaxbys and praised me saying most DD drivers would have never done that (stood up for her like I did) and defend what was right. She then added $5 extra tip on my dash. I called mgr Don at the west Ashely store and he confirmed I was right and said the same thing. Read moreThis location is constant messing up orders, food taste burnt from bad oil and the employees look miserable. Last time I went to this location which I have vowed to not go back due to the horrendous experience. I had to repeat my order three times at the drive thru speaker and they still didn't have it right. Once I got to the window, they asked if I even placed an order and was baffled. I had to repeat my order another three times to the cashier. Order two 6 count strip platter with double fries. Guess what I RECEIVED when I got home. Two four counts. Messaged through the receipt survey and never heard anything from management. Also, they had no ice and the sodas were flat. If you know anything about soda machines is that is needs ice in the bottom of those soda machines to produce the correct carbonation. I would suggest hiring an operations manager that can fix the flaws of this location. Constantly out of soda, ice, cups, happiness. Read moreI placed an order through the zaxbys mobile app for the Dorchester store location. I don't know what happen but the Folly Rd store was selected, I was no where near Folly Rd,didn't realize it until i got to the Dorchester store and the young lady couldn't find my order. I have never been to the Folly Rd location.I called the Folly Rd store spoke with General Manager Xavier he was very rude and nasty, he hung up the phone on me three times, I ask if he could cancel my order and refund me, he told me there is no way he can refund me, he made a comment he didn't place the order I did and told me I just need to forget about it. I ask for a corporate office number he said their isn't a corporate office number. Xavier was laughing like it was funny. When I mentioned I found the number online he stated they will tell you the same thing I won't be able to get refunded only thing he can do is cancel the order.
