Absolute worst Starbucks experience ever. First- we waited in drive thru for literally 45 minutes and there were only about 7 cars ahead of us. We’ve waited in lines that length at other Starbucks locations and it’s never that long of a wait. This was nuts. While we were waiting my 3 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. My husband stayed in the car- I went inside with her, the bathrooms were disgusting!!!! There were 5 people working and no one in line inside. We went back out- my husband had moved up one spot. Finally got our drinks and headed out to do some shopping. Tasted my drink when we got to the store- it was wrong. Way wrong. So after that store we went back, I ran inside expecting an easy fix. My husband asked me to also order him a nitro. Waited patiently. Got up there- the lady was immediately rude. Then said they would fix my drink right away but it would be “a pretty long wait” for the nitro. I was definitely not happy about that- I had already waited and they made my drink wrong. Had to come back and inside. No reason the nitro couldn’t also be done quickly- it’s literally just poured from a tap. She said there was “absolutely no way” she could do that because of other customers waiting. Her whole attitude was awful. I asked for a manager. She’s the manager. The whole store was a wreck- boxes everywhere, dirty bathrooms, employees just standing around. Overall...
Read moreI usually have great service but Friday was the worst experience I have ever had there! I went through the drive thru ordered a pink drink no ice I get to the window and payed! He gave me my drink and it wasn’t mixed at all juice on bottom milk on top, so I asked him can you please mix this for me. He turns to the girl that made it and says she wants this mixed and she comes to the window and was very rude screaming you can’t mix it if you don’t get ice and I’m not getting it all over me you should have got ice! I said I get this all the time and it’s always mixed well they gave it back to me and she starts flipping out to all the workers and customers talking about me very rudely! So I asked him what is her name he turns to her and asked her like he didn’t know it and she says Amy! Not sure if she was new or if they just made a name up! Then I asked him Is she flipping out to everyone about me and he said yes bc you asked what her name was. Read moreI bought my large white chocolate frappe with two shots of caramel and an espresso shot as a grande and had to have my fiance pick it up on his way home because we live a good distance away and I done it on the app. I paid almost 9.00 for this drink and my fiance picked up my drink thinking they had it correct because he wasn't aware of the price but go by name and he brought it home and it was a small. Called them over my online order and she said I'd have to drive it back to the store mind you I live 25 min away is why he was picking it up in order for them to do anything about it. Did not over for me to send proof by email or offer anything for the 9.00 drink they sold me and provided me with a 4.00 to 4.50 drink. I am very upset and id advise no one to use the online ordering or this site because all they do is inconvenience you and they did not want to correct it unless I drove it back to the store 25 min away.
