Burger King — Restaurant in South Euclid

I waited in the drive-thru line for more than twenty minutes, because my mom wanted a Whopper, and she hasn't been feeling well, so I had to get her that Whopper. So, I waited in line, saw two employees come out with signs to tape on the drive-thru speaker, and when I finally got to the speaker after almost a half hour in line, it says that their broiler is broken, so they're only selling fried foods.

Now, at no time did any employee bother to come speak to anyone waiting in that slow moving line so that we wouldn't waste our time waiting for nothing. When I tried to ask the person taking orders why no one had said anything to those of us waiting in line, she immediately began raising her voice to me and yelling over me. She got am immediate attitude and I was just asking her a question. She did it several times until I was finally able to ask her, then she sarcastically said she could come out and talk to everyone then, since that was so important to me. Clearly, she was very comfortable speaking to a customer like this and had no expectation of consequences for her behavior, so I can only expect that this is the accepted atmosphere.

I ordered a chicken Sandwich meal fresh and I patiently waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes. Everytime I tried to get someone attention they ignored me. My onion rings still wasn’t fresh but I had waited long enough. I asked Tiana for ketchup and a bbq sauce. She asked me if I had 30 cents, I said if I don’t mind the onion rings & after the very long wait without any staff acknowledging me, could she be so kind to give it to me. She then walked up and threw the sauce in my bag and said get out of my store. That was my second time trying Burger King because I had experienced terrible customer service somewhere else & I came here because my first experience was excellent from Phylis but I will never return. Tiana’s behavior is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. After I get off of my shift as a nurse I don’t want to deal with mean girl behavior or a nasty attitude. I was trying to spicy chicken for the first time, it was not to my liking, and I just decided I wanted a regular chicken sandwich instead. I went to the window and I was very pleasant and explained it thoroughly, however, the manager and I quote said:

“so just order a new one”

Me: “…….why would I pay for a new one and I can give you this old one”

Manager: “that’s not my problem, but I’ll go ahead and do it today“.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that that is very terrible customer service skills, if don’t want to work at Burger King you should not have filled out the application. I would definitely give this location Zero stars and I would report this very specific Burger King to BBB. Good luck progressing .
