I visited this location yesterday, in the past I have never had a bad experience at five guys however this was the worst time ever! I was trying to order 2 single burgers, 1 double, and 1 order of fries. The person that was taking my order kept repeating okay 3 patties right, and I repeated 1 double and 2 singles. After about several minutes I was so frustrated that I was ready to cancel my order and leave. At one point he said “ you are confusing me”. I then said I don’t understand how I am confusing you! I want 1 double cheeseburger and 2 single burgers. You keep saying 3 patties, and then he said oh I was talking to them, gesturing at the people preparing the burgers. I was very embarrassed as well as hearing grunts and groans from the people in line behind me! When I finally got my order ( which really didn’t take long) my fries were not the traditional serving that is spilling over in the bag, there were only enough fries to fill up the medium container! I will definitely not be returning to five guys after this...
Read moreThis has to be the slowest, dirtiest, most apathetic 5 Guys in the greater Cleveland area! Plan on waiting an extraordinarily long time for your order, no mater what time of day. Don't expect friendliness at this 5 Guys. Instead, you'll get "Hate Food". Hate food is food that's made by employees that hate their jobs and seemingly hate the customers as well. Whenever this is the case, the food invariably SUCKS! We all know why this and so many surrounding businesses are so bad, we're just not permitted to point it out. Just ask yourself, "what demographic is primarily employed at this 5 Guys?" and you'll know exactly why it's so bad. If I go to any restaurant and there are over 20% of this demographic employed there, I turn around and walk out. The standards are universally low at any establishment with a greater than 20% ratio. You know I'm right, so don't try and deny it. This 5 Guys suffers from this...
Read moreJust had to wait 20 extra minutes for a to-go order, only to get a dry burger and burned fries.
I placed an order through the app on my phone and was told it would be ready in 7min. Got an email that said it would be ready at 8:56pm. Walked in at 8:58pm, and didn’t get my food until 9:16pm. Meanwhile, a couple guys came in and ordered food after I got there, but got their food before me (they knew someone that worked there, apparently). It took so long, the guy working the grill asked me what I was waiting for. Eating my fries, they’re burned and dry. I’d take it back, but am too tired to deal with it in person and feel id escalate it to a place it doesn’t need to go.
All in all, my worst Five Guys experience, BY FAR. It’ll be a long while before I go back to another location, and maybe never back to...
