McDonald's — Restaurant in South Euclid

I have visited this McDonald's location periodically over the years if in the area. Happen to be in the area on Thursday for breakfast around 8am, so I grabbed my mom, breakfast sandwich McMuffins. The McMuffins were fluffy, freshly cooked and piping hot. The deliciousness brought me back on the following day during the 10 o' clock hour...the drive-thru was very busy; packed. I checked the bag to make certain all the items were present but fifteen minutes later, were the McMuffins were unpacked, I discovered they burnt bad. Someone saw these burnt McMuffins and thought it was okay to serve. I wonder how would the cook feel if they were served burnt food. I called to inform the manager on duty, Joanne, and I drove back to return the items for a refund. She initially wanted to know if she could put me down in their books for replacements in the future. I told her I would never be back and I wanted the manager to know what happened!

I just read all of the horrible reviews on Yelp and burnt food with poor customer service apparently has been served for years at this location. It seemed to be seniors on staff for breakfast. My goodness, what can they show the youngsters who come to work there. Does anyone care anymore about good customer service and excellent...

I had a absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this McDonald’s, I don’t even know where to begin. First of all absolutely horrible costumer service, you have to wait half an hour just to order!!! Not only was the costumer service horrible, but when someone finally did take our order they messed up completely!! Our whole entire order was wrong even though I told them what I wanted twice before pulling up to the first window. When we did pull up to the window, the manager came to assist. The manager even double checked with us about our spicy chicken sandwich (we just wanted a plain sandwich with NO sauce). Once we got our food and came home we found out that they still managed to get our order wrong and gave us SAUCE ON OUR PLAIN SANDWICH!!! Not only that but the fries were stale, and we know they just popped them back into the grease. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS.. we had ordered a plain hamburger and THEY SCRAPPED OFF ALL THE CONDIMENTS AND DID NOT EVEN GIVE US A PLAIN HAMBURGER. They took the lazy route and just scraped off everything except for the onions. The best part of this meal was nothing, but the only good thing was that the Oreo McFlurry was good just not mixed up all the way, and the pies that were barely warm. 30 dollars wasted on absolutely...

I was greeted by the drive thru attendant by a very hostile "whatchoo want" like it was a bother to do their job or even be there, so that set the tone for the whole order. The order was simple, two egg McMuffins, two sausage egg and cheese McGriddles, 2 cinnamon rolls, 4 hash browns, 2 large coffees with 6 cream, and 6 Equals. What was on the screen was correct, what we got on the receipt and in the bag was wrong. We got 1 hash brown, the sandwiches were correct, and the coffee was wrong. We got 1 black to and 1 with 2 creams and Equal. I quit going to this McDonald's specifically in part to them constantly screwing up orders. Why is it so hard for today's youth to listen? What is the disconnect between giving the customer what they want, when and how they want it? There are no more have a nice day's, no more may I take your orders, no more welcome to McDonald's. It's "whatchoo want". McDonald's needs to pull the franchise license from this location. I literally go 9 miles out of my way to go to a location that has yet to screw up my food, that is fast, friendly and efficient. My advice go out to Chesterland and get "whatchoo" want.
