The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in South Gate

Jonathan was very, very rude. First of all, I wasn't greeted upon coming in the store. Second of all, once I retrieved my merchandise and proceeded to the counter I STILL wasn't greeted, I was asked if I had a phone number, so I sarcastically said hello how are you? It was so ironic because 2 Hispanic women walked in and he goes..." Hey guys welcome " so I immediately asked if he only greeted Latinos. I have been coming to this establishment for about a year and I have never ever been treated like this . I am totally dissatisfied ,Jonathan's customer service and I definitely will be contacting corporate and I would never ever ever revisit this location. I will be taking my money to GNC from...

Horrible and disgusting customer service! They sold me an open box of keto cookies that was taped closed. My wife didn’t realize it was opened until she left the store. When she got home she saw that it was previously opened and some packages of cookies were missing. Yet these guys thought it was funny to tape the box closed so we wouldn’t notice. To make matters worse, when I called to complain the depraved guy that answered the phone refused to listen and had a major attitude! I Never had problems with other locations but they definitely need to fire the staff...

These guys have zero knowledge of what they sell They are selling their products simply based on the price. If it cost more then it must be better. When I asked a question about something that they had no clue about they answered, "oh, I think it was discontinued". A product that is currently thriving.. This is why people are buying everything online now....
