On may 31st. We stayed in a Hotel near to this location a brand new Homewood Suites in Draper we ordered pizza from this place, I gave them my name (1st name) room #, address of the location and number of the Hotel. They told me it's gonna be 30 to 45mins. for the delivery. We waited watching TV, the kids were opening checking the door and hallway for the pizza guy to arrive, we even lowered the volume of the TV. We waited 1hour and 10 mins. and nothing, so I called and the answer they gave me was so stupid. They said: well mem the delivery guy went there 30 mins. ago and nobody answered, I asked where? Guy: the door he knocked and no one open the door me: but that's imposible, we waited here patiently for you, been here the whole time guy: well they went and nothing me: now what we're so hungry? Guy: well I can send the guy right back again me: but how is that you didn'tcall me? Guy: you didn't give me your full name, your cell phone me: you only asked my first name and didn't ask my cell #, besides I gave you my room# 1st name and address, that should be plenty of information, right? Guy: Well like I said I can send him back right now me: but food will be cold by then? guy: I can remake your order again, but there 4 orders in front of you and I have only two drivers, so It's gonna be at least 1 hour for that ( it was already 11pm) me: but I can't believe it that we already waited past 1 hour and you're telling me this, you should it just call my room and/or ask Front Desk for my room guy: with the info you gave me we went and like I told you they knocked at your door mem and Front Desk will not give any information about a room to anyone me: that not true!! I've worked in Front Desk before and if I see a pizza delivery guy struggling with delivering an order and if they tell me the 1st name and room number that should be enough for me to look in the computer and try to help them deliver the food to a guest that's ridiculous!!! Told them to cancel my order and that I didn't believe them their dumb excuses. We ended up going out to find something to eat at 11:30pm just because of those guys. On our way out to find some food I asked Front Desk ladies about a pizza delivery went all bad and if they saw someone trying to get to our room, their answered was NO!! They said they were there the whole time they wouldn't miss anyone because of the cameras etc. End of story: worst service ever, they lied to me all the way, I think the driver (if they for real made the attemp to deliver my order) got lost and couldn't find even the address of the Hotel cause since is a new location it's hard to find it, it doesn't even appears on facebook check in option, and they just should it been more honest and smart by calling and asking directions and not just came up with a crapy/stupid story and lied to us leaving us hungry at this time of the night!!! Be wise people be wise!!! Front Desk ladies were so nice and would it help them to get to my room, since they knew from the beggining I was gonna order some pizza, cause they gave me the pizza flyers. SUCH A BIG FAT...
Read moreI despise the fact I have to make a google review for this...I live right down the street and have had the most upstanding gentlemen deliver me my pizza before...so your delivery drivers are on point!! They are amazing!!!! Today I did a carry out, I had to sit 8-10 min which was fine by me. The problem walking into the store with seeing what I saw this evening, was not a good look on your store. One gentleman with gray hair was eating in the back, set down his food to come help me. I then asked him politely to wash his hands before he grabbed my pizza. It still wasn't out the oven even though he told me he'd wash his hands before. Then as I'm waiting for my food to be done, your team had another member who was tall with dark hair that looked scruffy and was eating by the making station. I was not happy seeing this. I did speak to the manager but I want to make the complaint so this team member doesn't do it again. I work at sport clips...even if I had a client right after eating, I wash my hands..even if I smoke I wash my hands before cutting someone's hair. I don't even handle food and I am sure that my fingers are clean before dealing with clients. This upsets me because I used to work at Quiznos before they closed where Greek suvalaki is...I know that washing hands is a priority. I feel you guys must have a break room for employees to eat..so why are they eating on the floor??? I know the assistant or manager was young..and I know being young and in that position can be hard to confront another employee, this does need to be handled in the right way though. I don't feel comfortable ordering delivery now due to seeing that and not knowing if employees are eating while making my food. Very unsettling. When my husband got paid on Friday, I was looking at our bank Account to move money around for the next weeks budget and noticed that I had four charges from that Domino’s for the order from the night before. I called them immediately and asked them to fix the extra charges and the counter person said that this happens all the time and that I needed to wait 2 to 3 business days for the charges to be refunded. And if they hadn’t been to call back and they could fix it. I then checked that following Wednesday so seven days later and I had an additional five charges a total of nine altogether of extra chargers on my account. That would mean I had almost $500 worth of extra charges on my card. I called the Domino’s again and told him what was going on and the person who answered the phone told me that they could not do anything to fix it and so I asked to talk to the manager and he told me that their general manager was going to be there in 10 minutes and that he would have her call me. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to call them because she did not call me.She had looked up the order told me that the money had been refunded for the one order but couldn’t do anything for the other eight I ended up having to call my bank and put a stop charge on those extra orders. It’s a good thing that I have a savings because that was needed to cover the extra $500 that was pending until I could get refunded that money.
