I approached wedding dress shopping with much anxiety, and Oksana created a lady's dream of what wedding dress shopping should be! Not only did Oksana provide the opportunity to try on multiple dresses to assist me in finding the right fit, but all along the way she educated me on details of each dress ....AND ....every single dress was stunning!!!! I regard LeBori's dresses elevated in quality and beauty compared to other dresses I tried on at other shops. Being 49 years old and one who struggles with self image, the experience Oksana provided made me feel beautiful, comfortable and confident. Not to mention that the entire experience took place privately in a most beautiful boutique of an old bank building! Absolutely gorgeous!!!! Throughout the entire process of selecting my dress, ordering my dress, and picking up my dress... Oksana remained helpful throughout. Aside from my actual dress shopping experience, Oksana provided extra support in between appointments with texting, answering questions, connecting with her designers regarding custom touches, and helping me learn about alterations. My story in getting my wedding dress is quite complex from falling in love with a dress on Pinterest to finding that LeBori was the only store in all of the US that still carried it. From the beginning, Oksana was kind, helpful, and supportive as she helped me order my dream dress through chatting with her (because I live several hours away from her store). She updated me throughout the whole process and sent me several photos and videos.
