Awhile back I went to Radiant to replace some watch batteries for some older watches that were my mother’s. Lauren replaced one battery but because the watch was quite old it didn’t work any longer. She offered to give me a quote on repairing the watch but it wasn’t an expensive watch, more sentimental than valuable so I declined on the repair. She didn’t charge me for the battery which I really appreciated!! I went back to see Lauren again because she was so kind the first time to get a quote to repair a gold pendant that was also my mother’s. She and her team, Sydney and Mary couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious, they brought me a great cup of coffee!! They made me feel like family, people I could trust with a family heirloom. I did a lot of business with Greg, the previous jewelry store owner at that location because of he had that “hometown welcome” when you walked in the store. I am pleased Lauren and her team continue to make their customers feel the same way!...

We walked in off the street looking for something very specific, with very low expectations. The store looked too fancy to have what we're looking for, which was a real silver or platinum evil eye mounted to a chain that looked kind of edgy. We wanted something beautiful, but with a little edge. Like our teenager who the necklace was a gift for. NOt only did RMSL know what I had envisioned, but they had it right on site for a reasonable price. They went out of their way to hear us, and do their best to find it. 10/10 would recommend and...

The ladies were so absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and helpful! I seriously walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out with assurance that my piece would be handled with care, returned to me quickly and in much better condition than I had it! I cannot recommend enough!
