I don't post bad reviews because I know that dealing with the public isn't easy but I have to say. The lady that was attending the door lady evening needs an attitude check! I always order from Domino's. First and last time & this location. We ordered 2lg pizzas and 20 wings. (Different flavors) + sauces. She tells me she's going to get me the missing sauce and I realize that I already had that sauce it's just a different one so when she comes I tell her I'm sorry I already have the sauce it's the other one. She rolls her eyes and days what do you want? And when I check the wings (10 wings in one box half of them barely have a spot of sauce and out of the other one there is no sauce so I asked the lady can you please add more sauce she looks at one box of says this one is fine (even though they have none)and the other one she rolls her eyes again and says fine and I said thank you but may you please put sauce on both of them. I was not exaggerating she brings me back two boxes that look like soup and still the wings actually still have no sauce on them! She poured the sauce in the corner box missing the wings! then I guess she was upset about it so she actually threw the boxes down on the table and said here. I really try not to bother people especially those that have to do with food just to make sure they don't spit in it or anything so I asked her nicely but I think that this woman really needs an attitude change I donevennow her name I just know that she spoke Spanish. The person I bought the wings for refused to eat what they called chicken soup. Soooo I ended up giving it away to someone else for free... I always recommended domino's and I actually got lectured this time by the wing orderer about how this is why they don't order there! Read moreOn a rainy day like today Sunday, August 15th, I called and no one answered. So the recording asked to place order on line through app, because they were not receiving anyone in person at their store, so I did. After downloading the app and setting the account with specific delivery instructions to ease the delivery, I waited and waited because I got a text that said that I would probably receive 8 texts before actual delivery, I also checked and my pay pal was indeed charged, yet after the initial text no more texts came and time kept passing so I texted a reply to that first text and it popped an automatic answer “order has been cancelled.” So I then went in person and the place was full of people, after their phone recorder stated no one in lobby was allowed. The cynical inefficient attendant said they had no one to make deliveries and my order was cancelled and when I demanded an explanation he stated I had to be understanding that they we’re short staffed. Understanding of what? Of not delivering my order, cancelling me, but still charging me?
The Domino App absolutely sucks as so does your service policy to the client. I am not allowed to order for delivery to any other branch other than the one near me, and if I have to do it online it sends me again to this very same franchise which does not treat customers right. The manager is rude as so is the attendant at the cashier at this location.
I will report this to the better business bureau of the city of Doral, I will strive to make this branch be shut down. I never saw more insolence, rudeness, and bad service, not to mention THEFT. I was charged for an order I did not receive and then told it was a financial issue that I had to get resolved with my bank!...
Read moreThe worst Dominos ever! They never get your order correct. This is the 3rd and last time I order from them. I placed an order on line. You would think they would pay attention to what I ordered. I go pick it up and they hand me a medium and a large pizza. I ordered 2 large. I tell this to the girl behind the counter and she says yes. I explain again I ordered 2 large pizzas and I got one medium and one large. You can see the 2 different size boxes. She still doesn't get it. Now we have 3 people looking at my order and the 2 different size boxes/pizzas. They reluctantly remade the other large pizza. Never received an apology. When I finally get home. One of the pizzas was wrong. They made it thin crust which absorbed all the grease, so now I had a limp pizza dripping with grease. Not even close to what I ordered. Fed up with this place. When you go to leave a review on their site, the five questions are greyed out as well as the comments section. I guess they know they suck and don't want you to reiterate it to them. You can't talk to anyone. They all speak Spanish, but that's not the problem as I also speak Spanish. There's never a manager on site. No one to talk to the minions that work there and they don't have a clue. Do yourself a favor, don't order from this Dominos. Avoid the aggravation, the lousy pizza and clueless...
