Jimmy John's — Restaurant in South Ogden

I worked at this jimmy johns for only a couple months and they are the most unorganized, disgusting store. Employees are extremely selfish and employees vape inside the store, including the freezers, the back office, bathrooms and even the food line. No one is trained correctly. And when I needed my shift covered none of the managers could give me a list of phone numbers to contact other employees. Employees would steel food all the time, but I was one of few that were expected to pay for everything, while almost all of the other employees/managers just grabbed food and left. Employees bring drama and argue inside the store. The old GM stole my hours and every single paycheck had at most $80 taken off of it. And most of the time when we had two delivery drivers Heston and his father they would just sit down and eat. Most of the delivery orders were like an hour late and many customers were frustrated understandably. Very disappointed with this store. I do not suggest...

Customer Service sucks!!! I placed an order on 5/18 and received my sandwich within a reasonable time and the a week later noticed on my bank statement I had a second charge for $7.02. I called and spoke to the "GM" and she researched my problem and she said "Yes, well we have an order for $11.50 on 5/18, but no record of a 7.02 charge". I said, well this is why I am calling, because I have proof that I was charged a second time. She said she would have to ask her regional manager on what to do about it. 3 weeks later no phone call and I have called 3 more times and spoke to another manager and he just kept saying "sorry" this should have been taken care of by the GM, and he didn't know why it wasn't. Once again, he said he would check with his regional manager and get back to me. Of course. NO PHONE CALL. I love Jimmy John's but after this, I will not order...

Love the food at Jimmy John's but will never use this store ever!!! Worst service ever, general manager was very rude! I ordered 1 unwich at 3:15 pm (which is a slow time) and at 4:15 delivery still hadn't arrived. Please keep in mind this location is about a mile from my work where I ordered from. I called the store to ask what the delay was and a female claiming to be a GM was very rude and said that my order had just left for delivery. I asked why i wasn't informed when ordering that it would take over an hour to get my order and she was rude! I told her to cancel my order that I didn't want it now she told me it was already in route and I told her I didn't care that I wanted to cancel anyways. She very rudely asked my name and I told her 3 times and ended up hanging up on her. I know this isn't the standard at Jimmy John's so I'm not sure why this person...
