This was our first time ever ordering from Papa Murphy’s. Upon walking in, the place was fairly organized and clean. There were two girls behind the counter that were extremely kind and helpful to us. One of them even complimented my hair and was super sweet. I really appreciated how easy they made the process! Trust the other reviews when they say the customer service is wonderful.
Regarding our orders, it was made just as we wanted. The employees were quick to hand us our sauce and cream cheese when we arrived to pick up our pies, and we were extremely satisfied before, during, and after eating. This is a very good place, and I’m happy that I had my first experience with Papa Murphy’s at this location. I think I’ll be a customer again here in the future.
Medium Pizza, Traditional Sauce, Mozzarella, Chicken, Spinach, Jalapeño, Herb & Cheese Blend: 9/10. Honestly, I didn’t have many expectations for Papa Murphy’s. I thought it would be mediocre at best. However, the pizza here was actually really good in comparison to most other places. Even the scent while it was in the oven was delightful, and I hoped that it would taste as good as the aroma smelled. Unlike a lot of other chain restaurants, the pizza has an actually decent amount of cheese on it, as well as a surprising cheese pull that left me excited to dig in. It definitely didn’t disappoint. I only ate three slices, but it was more than enough to fill me up. Eaten with the marinara sauce, I don’t think I can go back to other brands. I’ll definitely be coming here again to get this pizza.
Cinnamon Monkey Bread: 9/10. I ate way more of these than I should have, but I believe that it was worth it. They’re so fluffy and soft, not to mention sticky with the cinnamon syrup. Sweet and light, when paired with the cream cheese frosting, these make the perfect guilty pleasure ending to a fatty pizza meal. Super indulgent.
Large Thin Crust Herb Chicken Mediterranean: 3/10. Alright, I’ll start off with what I liked about it. The thin crust was nice to try. My parents ordered this one for themselves, so I only had a bite out of a slice to see if I liked how they make their thin crust. I do, and I’ll be getting it next time for my CS&J pizza. However, the flavor itself was just really bland and oily. Don’t get me wrong, oily pizzas are good—when they have flavor. Maybe this was just a fluke, but upon biting into it, I was super disappointed for some reason. It didn’t taste like much to me, but my parents enjoyed it. I wouldn’t get this speciality...
Read moreOwner operator of this location. Placed online order that’s not in system. Go back outside to retrieve phone for proof. Found in system but no desire to correct the mistake. Told I would have to wait until he made others he hadn’t yet started. Ask for refund. Can’t with Apple wallet on phone. After 20 min waiting guy moved to back now placing pepperoni in bin. I realize I’m being ignored or forgotten. Ask on status with response “what’s the name” another employee gasps the name as it’s been in the back rack the entire time. I expressed my dissatisfaction in customer service, for which I received a justified response that others were before me, deflecting all back to me the customer. Angered and realizing no accountability or respect would come from this, I said thank you as I am mocked out the door with a loud “Thank you come again ” from someone way in the back. I am appalled how little respect this mob of employees are handling your customers. I still have hope for this generation. I ask that you correct this behavior as I was sickened by...
Read moreThis is the closest location to us so we buy pizza here often. The pizza quality has really gone down hill over the last couple of years. We keep giving them another try, they improve, so we go again. But I picked up pizza tonight and they have hit a new low. I understand that food prices are ridiculous right now, but add $1 or $2 to the price to make up for it. The pepperoni pizza that is usually loaded, had barely any pepperoni pieces on it. Little Caesars looks better than what we got tonight. Hope you don't like olives because those are few and far between as well. I had to add half a can of olives to the Murphy's Combo. And it still wasn't enough. The employees were nice, so no problems there. We have however, seen inconsistencies with how the pizzas are made. It is so hit and miss. Time to...
