I ordered over $50 worth of food for carry-out. I never received a text or call saying my food was ready. After 30 minutes I went to pick up my food. I was greeted by an employee who doubled checked my order to see if everything was there. I got home and I noticed one of the items were missing. At first, they denied that they made a mistake. I suggested they double check, which they did and admitted saying, "I guess we forgot to make the sandwich". They said they were backed up and to give them 25-30 minutes to prepare one sandwich. I agreed to it and asked that they deliver my sandwich when it was ready since this was a mistake on their part. They then informed me that I would have to pay for delivery and said it was part of the rules. So again I waited and still didn't receive a text saying that my sandwich was ready. I went back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. I was informed by an employee that the manager left. So then I asked who is in charge and I spoke with Sharaze. When I expressed my concern, he seemed apologetic but denied my request to redo my order after waiting for almost two hours for my food, which was cold. He told me that he could not redo my order unless the manager was present. I told him that he was in charge and as a customer, I should have to come back and wait for the manager to get my food. This was terrible customer service and I feel disrespected as a paying customer to be treated like I am a second-class citizen. When I went to collect my order I was not given a receipt to sign, I was given some sort of label. When I opened my food, it was not the correct order, I looked for the label that is usual on the side of the box and there was none there. I called the store and was told to give the driver a maximum of 30 minutes to bring the food back. I waited AN HOUR before calling back, when I called back I was told that a driver was being sent over ASAP at this point it was 12 am and I told the employee on the phone that if my food wasn't here by 12:30 I would like a refund. 12:30 comes around and the food still is not here. I call back and was told that the driver just left the store, but I ask for a refund, I was told that I couldn't get a refund because the driver already left the store, after explaining that I did not want the food anymore the man said that he would give me a refund and since the food was on the way I could just take the food. Read moreOrdered today, December 4th. I spoke to a lady, gave her my address, and she confirmed my order. About 45 minutes later, the driver calls me to say my order is arriving. First off, the driver was supposed to give me my change, I paid $20 for a $17 order, and he just took the whole $20 without giving me any change. At first, I didn’t trip, but when I went inside, I realized I got the complete opposite of what I ordered. I called them, and a guy picked up. I explained the situation, and he told me, ‘We don’t deliver to that area.’ I know for a fact I got the right number; it’s still in my call log. They weren’t trying to resolve the issue.
Then, he had the nerve to ask if I could come to the store so he could ‘show me.’ If I could’ve come to the store, I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery in the first place! I didn’t get anything resolved, and to top it off, they didn’t even give me the ranch I paid for.
