Does the Food Safety Administration really not care about such unscrupulous businesses? Can they really be lawless? I don’t know how many times I bought their happy meal and received spoiled milk. Oh my goddess, this is for children to drink. What if something happens to a child after drinking it? Especially my one-year-old child couldn't express himself after drinking such milk. Fortunately, his brother drank it and told me that,:"mom, milk smelled bad, "otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable. Milk itself is consumed by a large number of people in the United States. How can you give expired milk to others? Especially the milk that is included in children's meals that is often expired. I advise everyone to be careful of this shady store and pay attention to the date when buying their milk. Normally, I would keep silent when I see flies or hair when I go to a restaurant to eat, but as a mother, I cannot tolerate such a thing happening to any child. So I felt very upset and went to the store to find the manager. The key point i told the manager was that make sure they check carefully and not give bad milk to others, especially children,not looking for refund or extra food etc. . I didn't expect that such indulgence would lead to their ignorance. And the manager there was so rude and aggressive to me. never will i go to this horrendous mcdonald’s ever again. the workers do not care about you. they got my ordered wrong and told me that was my order? like im telling you YOU made it wrong & on top of that want to tell me that IM wrong? there’s a boy that is about 5’8 with black short hair and is spanish, super rude. stared at every customer and didn’t acknowledge them. not a hello or give me one moment. the manager shes short, spanish, has grey hair, just tells the customers that theres no workers so to just wait. meanwhile we waited 35 minutes to place one order that took more than 20 min. i ordered a chocolate shake and she gave me a shamrock shack and told me that thats the machine’s fault and that she couldn’t do anything about it?? i was trying to use coupons and they told me that they were fake?? when they literally came in the mail and said mcdonald's on oak tree road, and they were absolutely real. so unprofessional. they basically only care about the drive through but the people inside are highly unimportant to them. super rude poor customer service gave wrong orders and declared they made it right told me my real coupons were fake manager is unprofessional lack of...

NOT FIRST RESPONDER FRIENDLY

My crew and I went here after returning from the hospital. We went inside (Drive thru max height is 9”, ambulance height is 9”,5’) I explain the the employee that we won’t be able to fit. They say it doesn’t matter and that we need to go to the drive thru to order.

We start to drive along the two lanes they have. I park the ambulance and stand alongside the drive thu and they take our order. Meanwhile my partner orders his 1 order of French fries. We pick up our Order and I tell the lady we’re also picking up a drive thru mobile order. They tell us to park on spot no. 1. Okay. We go ahead and park. We wait for about 6 min. Finally the lady comes up. And asks us what we’re missing. We tell her the name and the number to the mobile order. She goes inside. We don’t see her for another 6 minutes. She finally comes out. And asks what we were missing. Really? We gave you the name and the order number. We give it to her again. Finally comes back with the small bag of French fries. About 12 minutes for a order of French fries.

Will avoid this place like the plague. Wendy’s down the street is more accommodating and understanding of first responders. Go...
