This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Came through the drive through today, was speaking clearly and asked for a Mexican Pizza with no cheese, the lady didn't even acknowledge what I had asked for, she just replied, "extra sour cream?" so I said, "no I asked for a Mexican Pizza with no cheese" and she again said "okay, extra sour cream?" So I said "Ma'am, we don't want any dairy on that, that's why I ordered it with no cheese" and she's like "no drink?" she obviously couldn't understand English, and at that point I'm like OMG! So then some other lady comes on being all rude saying that the lady "couldn't hear me" and asked me to repeat my order. So I did. I was trying to be as nice as I could. So all in all I ordered two mexican pizzas, one with cheese and one without, and a soft taco supreme. So we get to the window and the lady clearly has an attitude, and then she was being so fake when she told me to "have a good day" I could tell she was being sarcastic. So I checked our food before we left. Thankfully the mexican pizzas were correct. So I assumed the taco was too. But we got home and I did not get the soft taco supreme I ordered, the soft taco supreme is supposed to have meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. Well all I got was a ripped tortilla with beef, lettuce and cheese. Besides that, the food was cold, the mexican pizza tasted like they put hot sauce on it and it was spicy as hell and I couldn't even eat it, and the plain soft taco was not what I wanted and was disgusting. I called them back and got the same lady who couldn't even understand English and all she was doing was asking what time I came in, she kept mumbling on the phone and was acting like she didn't care that she gave me the wrong item. Read moreI'm updating my review because of the super terrible service I had received. It was at 7:15pm on Friday June 7th. I ordered pretty standard stuff, I was missing two Shredded Mini Quesadillas, I went in and told the cashier I was missing food, she barely acknowledged me, I waited 5 minutes until she talked to the drive thru guy who seemed to be the only person working, he asked the main line cooks to make my missing food, they just sloppily put it together cooked it for literally 5 seconds and threw it in a bag, I opened them up and the cheese wasn't melted. So I go back in again, this time the drive thru guy makes them, so he was cooking, handling customers and the register while the shift manager was walking around on her cell phone, the cashier was trying to avoid eye contact and the to girls in back were barely doing there job. I need to go into more places to see how they function, I will never eat here again. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in any fast food establishment. Check my other reviews I never leave a bad one, so if this is bad you know it was bad.
New update. I had totally forgot I had left a previous review, it had been a few years. I decided to go to Taco Bell on6/23/2020, the girl working at the register at 7:45 pm was pretending not to hear my order, I get to the window and pay for my food, I ask for my receipt and she tells me the machine is broken and no way to print it. She turned around and started laughing about it to her friend. I get home and no sauce. I guess fool me twice shame on me. At least I had a refresher of what terrible...
Read moreI cam in at lunch time place was bizzy there was no Organization The key R station had people at it people stood around for anywhere to 45 minutes to a 1/2 an hour for their food they were processing it is fastest possible put it seems to be that they are short handed and to put highway patrol men had ordered their food and it been there for over a 1/2 an hour lady from the back came out and yelled of a customer for ordering some type of mail and 6 he couldn't do those kinds of things and all that kind of stuff and he demanded his money back and left I feel that management needs to step in and revamp employees that work the lunch shift or staff better during lunch hours the place was packed at 1 point in time there was at least 30 people or so in the restaurant eating I the customer service that was upheld at this location was very poor I did get my food after a 32 minute wait the food was good but it should not have taken that long my lunch hour was literally over at 30 minutes it is called fast food for a reason Whoever is working the drive-through was doing a great job they didn't seem to have any problems but everything that was going on for everybody in the lobby took extremely long car after car car after car everybody that went through the drive-through got their food as fast as they ordered it but everybody inside had to sit around for a 1/2 an hour until they were next there should not...
