Jimmy John's — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

Used to regularly order food for delivery from this location, so I was surprised when I put my order in for delivery and was told it would be there in under half an hour, only to get a call a few minutes after by their female manager. She rudely told me they would not deliver, that I was out of their range. I'm 5 minutes away from their store. I even offered to throw in an extra 5 bucks plus the tip just for that day so I could get the food I already paid for, but she would not even consider it. So if that wasn't bad enough to hear when you are hungry and don't have a car, I looked at my bank account and realized they charged me the 25$ anyways. Upset by this, I called to ask why I was charged and they said they voided the transaction. Well voiding the transaction and refunding the card are completely different, so after calling the next day to let them know I still haven't gotten my money back I was told to give it another day. My card has been refunded before and it was reflected in my bank balance within 10 minutes. It's been 4 days and I still don't have my money back. If you are going to take the order and charge my card, don't tell me you won't deliver 3 miles down route 19, because you shortened it to a 2.5 mile range. Make that clear to the customer maybe, and don't take the order. Ridiculous, and she was so rude. This store used to be great, it's a shame management is so poor now. I will not be spending any more money at this location. Thanks for the letdown and for robbing me. How professional, what kind of people do they let run their business? Obviously the $25 isn't going to break me, but it's ridiculous that I have to wait more than a half hour to get my money back for your apparent mistake of placing my order. Absolutely horrible. ...

We love Jimmy John’s, we had two in Morgantown WV, but they are currently closed. We were driving back from Wexford starved and googled sub shop near us, they popped up! We google mapped when we got there the door said they closed in 15 minutes. We walked through the door and didn’t go all the way in, there was a young boy standing at the side of the counter and he looked at me and I asked “is it too late to get a sandwich” because I didn’t want to rudely dirty up things that they may have cleaned. He ignored me and looked back down. There was a second young boy behind the cash register. He looked up at me “I ask is it too late to get a sandwich”? He also didn’t answer but looked a me and looked at a young lady, the manager, she came from towards the back and ask smiling, “can I help you”? I said yes, I just wanted to know if we could still get a sandwich”? and she politely and kindly said yes you can, and took my order. The two boys were not happy and their faces showed it. Thanks to the manager she was sweet and kind. We got two really good nightclub sandwiches. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and the store was very clean. The parking lot isn’t the easiest to get out of with a big truck but it was so worth it! I’m working a night shift and I stopped to get a turkey cheese sandwich on the way in so I thought that’s what I got. I basically got a salad sandwich with one slice and I mean one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever bought from the Jimmy John’s ever!! I already Left or I would’ve brought the sandwich inside and ask him where is my meat and cheese. The sandwich is absolutely pathetic and I wouldn’t recommend this Jimmy John’s to anyone unless they’re a vegetarian. I guess because I’m older maybe they thought I was stupid one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese is it even enough for a kindergarten child for a sandwich?
